Bait caster was a birthday gift. Part I received was excellent but I was missing the other part to it. What do I need to do ? I couldn’t find the company’s information to send an email to them. Thanks for your help.

sorry for the previous review, i was wrong, as this was my first baitcaster i didnt know, as it turns out this was better than i expected

For 60 dollars I'm satisfied. I got the 6ft 6in medium heavy and it feels perfect, it's got the sensitivity of a light action rod but it actually has the spine to be able to hook up most every time. The baitcaster isn't the best abu Garcia I've ever had but I still like it alot, it's nice and smooth and it's decently quick

The rod had paint damage and was snapped and the box had a hole in the top with the product showing . Delivery time was nearly 2 weeks to arrive broken I'm really disappointed now I need to go to all the inconvenience of printing out return labels and return this product it's a joke
