Some of the negative reviews were clearly written by people who didn't read the manual at all. The phone works great. If you treat it with care the the plastic outer screen won't scratch up. It protects the inner glass screen and can be replaced if damaged - that is the whole idea. I have a hard time typing messages due to the keyboard being wider than I'm used to, but that is likely an adjustment issue on my part rather than a technical issue with the phone. I've been using it for a couple of months now. Easy to get activated by Verizon, and works very well, FWIW.

Hope these findings/experiences helps others:1. The phone comes with a Verizon build. When you put in another carrier's SIM (ATT in my case) it will say that the SIM is not valid. IGNORE this and just press skip. Please note - YOU WILL get constant notifications that the phone has an invalid SIM.2. The standard messaging app is branded for Verizon. It will not get multimedia messages (wants to download via Verizon network). You will need to download the messaging app from your carrier in the Play Store.3. Lots of manual updates to get through (I think I updated it 5-7 times)4. The phone in the size range of the IPhone and Samsung Galaxy Plus5. if you are using ATT as your carrier - note that ATT uses BAND 17 for its LTE coverage. This is not included on this handset. The other bands do pick up LTE - but BAND 17 (700 mhz) is the most prevalent LTE frequency6. Bluetooth is NOT working (android 7).. even tried a factory reset. Tried on various bluetooth devices - does not work.I am waiting for another handset. Will update if Bluetooth works.Update:Bluetooth is working on this handset. Very happy! I have had no issues with the handset at all. My data performance does not seem like there are any issues. Pictures look awesome.

can not get the phone to dial out. I have tried to call and nobody can help, they say call this number, they can't help, call this number, theycan't help. I am going to see if the local store can help me this afternoon. SO far I am not happy with the $500.00 phone.

I'd give this 0 stars if it was available...I bought my phone in March and really enjoyed it... until I woke up the other morning, and the phone just stopped working. I would expect something like that, after dropping it or damaging it... neither were the case. So 4 months later, I'm now without a phone, and kraymerica refuses to help out with the situation. So this is mainly an issue with kraymerica. Or are all phones supposed to only last 4 months?

Just FYI. My phone developed a wonky internal defect a few months after buying it. After spending x amount of days on this issue using the Moto forum, and not able to resolve...

This phone is absolute trash. It'll work for about 6 months fine then it'll slow down tremendously and then the bluetooth will stop working completely and then the wifi is also...

This phone is poorly designed. I got it as a replacement for a Droid Turbo Charge II that was replaced twice due to charging defects.
