Won't cut all the way through
Extremely hard to use for any cheese I tried was Extremely bad on brie also it kinks up so much it almost impossible to keep it from bending when you cut and no mater haw hard I tried it won't come close to cutting more than a corner of the cheese block unless you hang your chess of a table and are cutting into a bucket its almost usless....

Amazing but be careful
Love it! I use it at work to cut my 40lb block of cheddar and Monterey. Thick enough and sturdy but breaks in or near the handles. Last time I ordered though the bag was torn and the wire was bent badly so had to return. I normally buy 2 at a time every 2-3 months
