I purchase this ded bolt amd was a little unsure it will work as expected and to my surprise it works great.Easy to install and easy-to-use, the programming was very easy as well.I have hated for one month and all my family loves it, some relatives have purchase the item as well and neighbors as well.I do recommend this item o. Top of other ones.

Buy used was a mistake. Parts randomly thrown in the box. And the dead bolt lock would not rotate

This lock is quick and easy to install and it looks and works great! The only problem I had was that I couldn't find the programming instructions so I quickly posted a question here as to how to do so and a reply was waiting for me in the morning. Turns out that they're pasted to the inside of the battery cover. Good thinking. That makes them hard to lose. That also makes the print very small and difficult to read for some people. My smart phone solved that problem!The same lock also came with the MiLocks BTF-02P Digital Deadbolt Door Lock and Passage Handle Set Combo that arrived with it for my new front door. (That review will be a few months away.) If you're on a budget, get one.

Works well enough.

This is a high quality digital door lock. I was replacing my old one that was 21 years old. This installation went in easy and the programming was very simple due to the excellent easy to read and understand manual. Suggest this to anyone who wants an upgrade on their door locking system.

We bought this July 2018. From the start this product was difficult to use. The key pad didn’t always work. You had to press the number slowly and hard otherwise it wouldn’t unlock. We couldn’t get in with the keypad most of the time and had to resort to a key. We bought it for our children so they could get in without a key. It goes through batteries like crazy! We put in new batteries two weeks ago and it didn’t work today so we put in new batteries and it still didn’t work. This product belongs in the trash and that’s where we threw it.

Even months later with my kids and us using it every day it is still working great!

Installed as directed, worked a total of two times then started grinding inside. Not working and not very pleased with this product.Would not suggest.
