The Gray Cables are 70-80lbs per the cable labeling
There wasn't a listing of how much resistance the cables were, so I went with the Heavy (gray) cables. I got them very quickly, they are SKLZ branded and the cables themselves say they are 70-80 lbs resistance. Compared to an older 70lb cable that I have, my estimation is that these new gray ones are closer to 80lbs resistance, but that could be due to the age of the older cable.

Great , well made resistance tube
I ordered this resistance tube to use with SKLZ door anchor and handles. I needed a little more resistance for upper back exercises and this was the perfect resistance for me. I have not had any issues with this. It's made of great material and thickness. I use it every day and sometimes twice a day and has held up rather well. I highly recommend this resistance tube.

EXACTLY WHAT IT IS
WAS LOOKING FOR STRONGER/HEAVIER BANDS FOR MY WORKOUT AND THIS ONE DID THE TRICK. I HAVE THE SKLZ HANDLES ALREADY SO THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKIG FOR.

Excellent training cables
Excellent training cables. I used another set for 3 years until I had a failure. (different brand) When I bought these I noticed the area of failure in my other pair had been beefed up in the attach point. Remember to periodically check the attach point to the handles for wear.

Love them but very high priced I feel. They lose resistance a little too soon.

I bought it form Amazon EU S.a.r.L.The Sklz series of exercise cable has not mentioned the tension equates to weight.Sklz is a USA brand so they use lbs then convert to kg, after removing the package I copied the weight and wrote on the cable head.Extra Light : 10-20 lb (4.5-9 kg)Light : 30-40 lb (13.6-18 kg)Medium : 50-60 lb (22.6-27 kg)Heavy : 70-80 lb (31.7-36.2 kg)Extra Heavy : 90-100 lb (40.8-45.3 kg)** Cable does not same with Resistance Cable Set’s cable, although Yellow, Orange, Red and Grey cables can be found in the cable set.According to Japanese buyer who said the cable having rubber peel off, and yes, I have the same problem on my Heavy cable, especially when the cable rubbering on another plastic, but I think it is acceptable.

I bought the Light cable together with Medium cable, works well.

Cuando se usa con los implementos que convierten a esta liga en una liga doble, su rigidez deja de ser muy ligera y permite desarrollar ejercicios específicos con progresiones muy buenas, que no se podrían hacer con ligas más rígidas. Digo esto para personas que apenas inician el levantamiento de peso o en ejercicios para desarrollar fuerza.
