Didn’t work even once ! We’re trying to fix it but unfortunately we through it after 10 mins of delivery! And as I can see this is common problem with this steamer! Don’t buy it ! Waste of money!

This is a darn good hand held steamer , my second time purchasing this one . I purchased others after my first one broke but could not find one that holds up to this one . As you can see in the photo and video . I had residue on my burner plate that just would not come off , not even with a sos pad ( and I swear by my Sos pads ) with a little help from my oven cleaner and some hot steam , stain came right out . Sometimes it takes a little more than hot steam to lift some stains but for the most part , it works like a charm . It’s small ( a little cumbersome) because you have to constantly hold down on the handle but I can maneuver it well being I’ve had one for almost 5 years before purchasing a replacement. I find putting on the parts very easy . My old one use to be a pain to unscrew the non , but the new one is very easy . I used tap water in the old one and never had a problem , but this go round I’ll use distilled water as most say it’s better because where I’m from , we have hard water . Now to the Con : the steamer comes with two flimsy brushes that melt easy upon use , most steamers come with at least one hard bristle bush this one comes with 2 soft brushes only . The company DO NOT sell extra brushes but will ship you ONE as long as your under warranty. I don’t need no company rationing off brushes through the mail one at a time for me , let me purchase as many as I want . I love cleaning and I use a brush on most of my cleaning jobs so I need brushes . By the time one brush come in the mail more stains will have build up . Suggestions: they should make and sell short bristle brushed as they might not melt as fast as the long bristle ones that come with the steamer . I know you can’t please everyone but at least sell extra brushes as to some the machine is useless without them . I love my steamer and am now on the prowl to find a brush from another company that will fit this steamer . Will share if I do happen to find one .

This is the best, really! I used a small red and black steamer for a couple years to deice my ice maker. It worked great for this purpose. The last time that I used it it came apart at the nozzle, I could no longer focus the steam inside the ice maker chamber. This new steamer is made out of better plastic, holds more water, puts out more steam and the connection for the hose is better, sturdier, than the previous model. I expect this steamer to last much longer and do a better, quicker job in deicing. I also expect it to get used for other things were steam is helpful since the reservoir is larger and steam output is greater. If you are looking for a steamer, this is the model that you should get.

I use it often. Price right when I wanted it. Works good. Right size, not to big or small.

I bought the steamer to use it in my shower doors to help with the soap scum. Honestly it didn’t help get rid of any of it but I only tried using the squeegee attachment on the glass. However, I steamed my gas stove top and it got rid of all the drip burns off my burners! I have tried to scrub the burn marks off for some time but never found a solution until I used the steamer. I used the brush attachment and it came right off. I’ve also used it on my grout. I have fairly new grout applied and used it on some of the traffic marks and it didn’t change the color of the grout much but I could tell they were much cleaner. One con to this machine is the amount of water it holds. I can use it for a constant 10 minutes before it needs to be refilled. However you have to wait for it to cool before twisting the lid off to prevent being burned. I wish the tank was bigger and I also wish it was easier to hold(for my already arthritic hands) but it is a wonderful steamer other than these small items. I absolutely recommend.

I watched a video touting this tool, and on prime day I figured I’d give it a go. I was nervous about using the steamer because of the pressure that builds up, and pretty sure I’d screw it up and have it blow a hole through my ceiling or something due to user error. So I read through the manual, and took it super slow. I was surprised at how loud the steam coming out actually sounds, which added to my intimidation, but once I got started I was immediately addicted. With very little hand pressure or scrubbing, this thing blasted away years of grossness from our grout! I had no idea our grout was even this light of a color!! I have bleached and scrubbed and tried everything to clean my tile like this for years, and to get it this clean in seconds made me feel so ignorant for not trying it sooner. Work smarter not harder people!!! I am thrilled with this tool, and have finished about 50% of my bathroom surfaces so far, and I can’t wait to try it on my stove and outdoor grill after this endeavor! Total game changer! This is a smaller tool, so the tank is smaller than a large non-handheld unit, so plan to be refilling it after about 8-10 minutes of use. If you squeeze the trigger until all steam stops coming out, you can open the lid, and carefully add more water for the next round and be back in business in about 2 minutes. I was nervous about that part maybe the most, but found it to be no problem at all. Hope this review helps if you’re feeling nervous like I was! Totally worth the purchase!!
