Otterbox Symmetry Series Case for Samsung Galaxy S4 - Frustration - Free Packaging - Aqua Sky

I bought this case when I bought my phone. I was thrilled with the case right from the beginning. It looked exactly how it was displayed online, with a firm, but flexible case. I found that the case is easy to take on and off, and the ports match up perfectly. True to the durability of otterbox, this case is doing an awesome job keeping my phone protected. I have dropped my phone by accident already, and of course nothing happened to the phone. The case does great absorbing the shock of impact. The only negative someone might find is that the case of course makes the phone a little thicker. I don't find this to be an issue since the thickness is not important to me.Fast forward four months later and the case is still holding up very well. I can't even tell that I bought it several months ago. I noticed that the case doesn't retain dirt and dust, which is a big plus. Of course, I mostly keep my phone in my car during work, at home, or in my purse. I have dropped it several times since I bought it and it keeps doing exactly what it's meant to do. I've had several different kinds of cases, and this by far is the best. I highly recommend otterbox, especially those accident prone like myself!

I was looking for a case that was an easy color to spot in my handbag or wherever else I may leave it. I just bought a new Samsung S-4 in white. This color of case (sort of a two tone aqua) is perfect with it - easy to spot anywhere. Very easy to put on my phone. The overall effect is pretty. I know it will protect the phone in the event it falls to the ground (or elsewhere). And it looks great!! Love it. Also installed a tech armor ballistic glass screen protector so I feel like I have done all I can to protect my phone. Otterbox always gets good reviews, although this one is not the super-duper defender case, but I am female and will not be working in a tough environment nor one that is dusty, etc. It didn't add that much thickness to the phone. I believe I made good choices all around.

I've had this case for almost a year + it has always protected my phone from the usual drops and whatnot. But what really stand out is what happened last week...I accidentally left my phone on the hood of my car on a day when I was really tired and drove at speeds of over 40mph for about 10 min before some kind soul told me that my PHONE was on my CAR. All I have to say is that this phone case kept it holding on for dear life until it could be saved. I don't think it was designed to stick to a car hood while someone drives around, but maybe they should start advertising that as a feature.

I like this case because it is a durable case that protects it from drops without being too cumbersome. The texture of this case is smooth plastic feel. I don't care for silicone or textured grip cases whereas my husband does prefer that type of case and can't stand the feel of my case because he feels it would slip out of his hands. Another advantage to this case is that the holes for sound, camera, and power are in all the right places without having to mess with flaps. The power and volume buttons are covered, but I find they work just fine. Overall I love this case and it works well for protecting my phone.

This phone cover is great. It is tough enough to withstand my occasional drops and no damage to the phone. It even makes holding the phone easier. I have no problem with the battery charger fitting. The color (turquoise) is just as portrayed in the photo. The only down side is the power button, you have to press really hard to activate it. Once you know that, it is easy to adjust.

So far, so good. The color looks more vibrant in person than t does in the images. It looks like if my phone has a fall, it'll be protected (I'll edit this if that changes). It slips on and off without serious difficulty and is not too bulky.

Very sleek and thin; pretty color as shown. The rubber does show wear fast, and has some darkened spots from dirt that doesn't clean off. Also, rubber is "flaking" a bit. I do "shove" it in and out of my smaller purse often.

This is my wife's, and she said: "Functionality is fine. It's slim, which I like, as it fits in my pocket and I can get it out easily."
