I love the C4 for prework but I didn’t enjoy this flavor at all.

A full C4 in 3/4 the size!
At first I'll admit I thought C4 was trying to pull a fast one on me. I thought, 'The 16oz version offers more product for the same price!' However, I eventually realized my mistake: The 12- and 16-oz. versions both have the same amount of caffeine and other key ingredients -- the difference is simply the amount of water, and the carbonation. 16 oz. is a lot to drink before a workout. If you're into using 300mg caffeine pre-workout as a midday pick-me-up to replace soda (I'm certainly guilty of this) then the 16oz. carbonated version is great. But for an early morning workout where you'd prefer not to have a bunch of fizzy liquid sloshing around during your warm-up, the 12oz. wins.
