First time buying an edible ink printer. Am very happy with my purchase. Extremely impressed with the printing quality. Have only printed out pictures of Italian tiles, but they look just like the picture of the digital image I purchased. Printed on both the wafer paper it came with (seemed good quality) and icing sheets I purchased. The people I gave the cookies to couldn't believe I had done them myself. Can't wait to try a photograph. Was very easy to set up and just followed the instructions that came from Canon. I hooked up via USB as I know I'll always be using the printer right next to the computer, so no need for Wifi (you will need to supply your own USB cable), and no one can accidentally print to this printer when doing regular printing. I printed using the back paper feeder with clear tab down (as many YouTube videos had suggested) and had no issues. Worked perfect right out of the box. Product came on day expected and with no issues.I will try to print around once/week as many videos suggested, so as not to let the head get clogged. Right now won't be an issue as I have multiple events coming up over next 2-3 months that I will need prints for. But I am just a home personal user, so hoping I don't have any issues. Have put out word to friends and family that I will print for them for just cost of supplies, so hoping this will help keep my printer active.

Very upset with this item, colors are very dull. Only prints green and yellow, not sure how this product got so many good reviews. On the left is the photo I scanned and on the right is what printed. Complete garbage.

I have used this for about four or five cakes now and it is great! Definitely presented me with a learning curve at first as I had never used wafer paper or sugar sheets. I recommend buying the sugar sheets for this as they adhere to frosting better than the wafer paper.

Easy to use and set up great value for the money Pictures are easy to down load and it's works so great the Picture quality is amazing

Works great! Software was a little wonky but once I figured it out it worked great.
