It is an older model but it performs brilliant, great colors, 4K arrived in open box condition

This monitor is great for WFH! Perfect size, clear and bright screen. Love the thin and sleek design.

This review is for HP 27-inch Monitor 27f 4K Silver/Black. I found that the product we received was defective - no image. no function buttons worked. I found the monitor showed no image from a Mac Mini, so I tried the following tests, and found this monitor is not working properly. I noticed that the image changed slightly to a kind of black screen from the black scree of no power when I connected HDMI cable, so the monitor seems to recognize the connection, but no image showed up. I tried HDMI1, HDMI2 and DP ports, and got the same result. Test 1: Changed the HDMI cable to a working one. Result: It was still no image. Test 2: Tried to use DP cable/port. Result: It was still no image. Test 3: Changed the computer to a Windows PC. Result: It was still no image. Test 4: Changed the monitor to other one. Result: Worked. I saw the image if I use a different monitor, so I found that it was not computer's issue or a cable issue. Test 5: I tried to push the function buttons on this monitor. Result: nothing shows. It could be a proof that the screen is not working. Extra Info: I am unsure if it is normal or not, but the ports on the back are not stable and go inside when you push to connect the cable. It seems that the inside board is loose and not attached to the exterior body properly. I decided to return this item.

This is one of the best looking monitor below $300. It has all the important specifications spelled out at the bottom bezel. Like, 4K, IPS, screen size, etc. It's edges and thickness are among the thinnest in the market. One big bonus that this monitor has over its competitor is its height can be adjust via the included base stand. Just note the entire front enclosure of this monitor is made of plastic.

It worked great up until recently. Now it the screen flashes/strobes regularly. It is so annoying and since this is used for work it’s super disruptive. No wonder it was on sale 😫

This monitor has no audio capability, so it might not be fitting for use with an Amazon Fire stick where you need an audio playback device of some sort. The only connectors are the two HDMI inputs, a Display Port input and a DC power supply input. The display resolution is extremely sharp.

The monitor started flickering constantly after 6 months of light use. It's pretty much completely unusable now. Save your money and purchase something else from a different seller. When I purchased this monitor it was also advertised as new but it's pretty clear that this monitor was refurbished.

Ich habe diesen 4K Monitor im Angebot für 279€ gekauft und bin sehr begeistert. Das Bild ist beim Spielen am PC in 4K sehr brilliant, die Farben kräftig, aber dabei sehr natürlich. Der Blickwinkel wegen des IPS Panels sehr gut. Trotz der 60Hz konnte ich auch in schnellen Games keine Schlieren oder andere Bildstörungen entdecken(vielleicht auch wegen der FreeSync Technoligie was meine Radeon RX5700 XT unterstützt). Ausserdem lässt sich der Fuß des Monitors genau auf die lieblings Sitzposition einstellen. Alles in Allem ein super 4K Monitor der sein Geld auf jeden Fall Wert ist. Ich überlege sogar noch einen zu kaufen um sie als Dualmonitor zu nutzen.

I initially tried a 27" FHD (1920x1080) monitor with my 13" MacBook Pro, but the text was fuzzy and hard to read. I had read various opinions about using 27" 4K monitors with the MacBook, but decided to give the HP 27f 4K a try, and I'm glad I did! Text is razor-sharp (almost as good as the MacBook Retina display) and the colours are wonderful. I liked the monitor so much I bought a second one and now I just keep the MacBook lid closed! Pros: Sharp text, great picture, adjustable stand, works great with MacBook Cons: Stand is not quite as solid as it could be, no USB connections

Ich nutze diesen Monitor als Officegerät. Dafür ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ungeschlagen. Bildqualität: Als IPS Panel tut es das was ich erwarte. Ordentliche Blickwinkelstabilität, korrekte Auflösung. Anschlüsse: Mit 2 HDMI und 1 Displayport vollkommen ausreichend bestückt und auch zeitgemäß. Ich betreibe den Monitor an einem Notebook mit max Auflösung 60Hz. Sehr gut. Einstellmöglichkeiten: Ich kann die Farbtemperatur auf Basis von Voreinstellungen ändern, was ich aber nicht brauche. Auch Detaileinstellungen sind machbar. Ist nicht in meinem Fokus mech. Stabilität: Da merkt man den Preisunterschied. Die Konstruktion ist schon vergleichsweise wackelig. Ich sitze aber nicht in einer Einflugschneise, wo alle paar Minuten ein Flieger einschwebt. Für den Preis vollkommen ok. mech. Ausführung: Sogar Höheneinstellung und Neigung sind vorhanden. Nicht so gut: Das Netzteil ist extern verbaut worden. Ok, man kann das Teil vielleicht 50€ teurer machen und das Netzteil intern verbauen. Das wäre dann perfekt. Für knapp 300€ vollkommen ok.

tried every setting and even updated my drivers in windows 10 but to no avail
