Delicious and Healthy: Immi Variety Pack Ramen Delivers on Taste and Nutrition!
I recently purchased the Immi Variety Pack Ramen, and I am thoroughly impressed. This pack includes three flavors: Black Garlic "Chicken," Tom Yum "Shrimp," and Spicy "Beef." Each flavor is 100% plant-based, making it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy ramen without compromising on their dietary preferences.**Taste and Texture**The taste is remarkable! The Black Garlic "Chicken" has a rich, savory profile with deep garlic notes, while the Tom Yum "Shrimp" delivers a delightful tanginess that reminds me of authentic Thai cuisine. The Spicy "Beef" offers just the right amount of heat with a robust flavor. The noodles have a firm, satisfying bite, unlike traditional instant ramen, making the eating experience more enjoyable.**Nutritional Benefits**Immi Ramen shines in the nutrition department. Each serving is high in protein and low in carbs, making it perfect for those on a low-carb or keto diet. It’s packed with fiber, keeping you full longer, and the ingredients list is free from artificial additives. As someone conscious about health, it's a relief to indulge guilt-free.**Convenience**Preparation is a breeze—just boil for a few minutes, and it's ready. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner. I also love adding veggies or tofu for extra nutrition and variety.**Packaging and Sustainability**The packaging is vibrant and eye-catching, but more importantly, it's designed with sustainability in mind. The company seems committed to reducing its environmental impact, which is a big plus for eco-conscious consumers.**Final Thoughts**Overall, I highly recommend the Immi Variety Pack Ramen to anyone looking for a healthier instant ramen option that doesn’t skimp on taste. Whether you're vegan, on a keto diet, or just looking to try something new, this ramen is a fantastic choice!

The Wheat noodle are hard no matter how long you cooked it. - Awful customer Service./ can't return
Update as of 4/12/23 - NOBODY, i mean nobody from IMMI reached out to email or Chat, nothing. This goes to show (see Attached chat)The noodle is not your typical Ramen Noodle you get in a Chinatown grocery store. It lacks the smoothness and texture. I followed the instructions and added 4 additional minutes for boiling and still, it tasted like uncooked noodles == I tried getting a refund or return with customer service and was unable to - and was to contact their Customer service which blew me off. -I reached out to them on Social Media (FB) and got the typical BOT responses "Thank you " and "We will get back to you" -The noodle reminded me of the taste hard taste of Brown rice vs Janine Rice. This is a lot of money for 6 packs of "Americans attempt to be "Chinese"The favor was "weak as well/ Washed down taste. unlike Chinese Brand Ramen you would get in an Asian market.I am still waiting for IMMI to respond so i can return this and get a credit.Looked up the company address. it was a small PO Box in a small area/town/ Initially, I saw a phone number to contact, and within hours, the number was removed and the email address posted.I read all the reviews. with 25% of the reviews with 1 STAR and complaints like "Taste like paper / wet paper " "I got boated and Gassey" (which happened to me after the first package)Further investigation, I saw this stuff is made in China and shipped here for packaging. I started to think about the old stories i heard that China was making noodles out of plastic and that video remind in my head now that wonder why the noodles don't get soft even with 12 minutes of cooking in high heat. The suggested cook time was 8 minutes for "soft noodle"If you are that good, you don't need celebrities to pimp your noodles outDO NOT BUY !!! WASTE OF MONEY

Chalky - not great
Okay - I’m back to revise my rating.I think the initial shock of this being different from what I was expecting led me to be harsher than I meant to be. Since I bought a six pack, and I have a cultural heritage of not wanting to waste money … I gave it another shot.First- the different flavors matter. I found the beef spicy was less disruptive to me than the black oil. Haven’t tried the Tom yum yet. The flavor packet really saves the day.Second- I prepared it stove top. The microwave should be avoided at all costs… which isn’t that different from regular Ramen.Third- I added more toppings to make it actually be more ramen like. Bok Choy- a 6 minute egg- some shrimp discs- after the first few bites I felt the experience was okay.So in conclusion - good way to hit those 130+ protein requirements that isn’t another shake.—previous review—Oh man, I wanted to love this but I ended up not being able to finish the noodles. It’s not ramen texture at all and maybe if I could forget ramen - it might work, but then I probably wouldn’t have bought it.Protein amount is good.Texture not awesome.Taste a bit odd.
