Bought these as an upgrade from my other earbuds because they weren't loud enough and I couldn't hear everything I needed to hear while playing games. I wasn't expecting much - they are pretty cheap after all, and man was I surprised when I used them for the first time. I had no idea how much I hated my old, mid tier, earbuds until these put them into perspective.First off, pros:1) Memory foam tips are ridiculously comfortable, and really don't slip out of my ears like rubber/plastic tips do. I used to have to take breaks from any ear buds for a while because they would hurt my ears after wearing them. These? I completely forget I'm wearing half the time. Plus, I didn't even hear my neighbor lighting off fireworks because of their inherent sound blocking, so that's pretty cool.2) Sound quality is actually far above what I was used to. The bass is very evident, mids pretty good, and there's no tinny noise with the trebles and high like I've always experienced with ear buds. Plus, the volume they can put out is a significant improvement - I can actually hear the little background noises in games perfectly fine now.3) The magnetic heads and free carrying case, while not exactly necessary, are a great touch, and definitely add to the feeling of quality. Never thought I would actually be glad to have my earbuds magnetically held together, but they have definitely saved me from a lot of untangling.4) You can't beat the price to all-around-quality ratio. After all that, I would've expected these to be closer to $40. Nope. Half that. Honestly amazing.I really love these headphones, but there are exactly 2 CONS to them:1) The foam tips get DIRTY. I know for a fact that my ears are very clean (my doctor has remarked on it a few times), but what little ear wax I do have, these tips scoop right up and it's impossible to fully clean them off. I do regularly remove them and give them a gentle wash with soap and water, but they will never be as clean as they were out of the box. They also collect any fuzz or hair very quickly as a result.2) The tips pop off more often than I am used to. I don't know if it's because they are simply molded to the shape of the bud itself, so there isn't much grip, or if it's because of the above wax-collection problem, but I have lost one of them to the void a few times simply from removing them from the drawer I keep them in.All in all, I love these earbuds.

Those headphones are very comfortable and good. Though they are bit too sensitive with sounds they pick.I got few of them, some as gifts, and had twice contacted for replacement when the wire broke and I couldn't hear anymore in one side. Replacement under warranty was a breeze, and great customer service, with great communication.

The media could not be loaded. PRO:- Plenty of accessories for optimal use (extra earbud pieces, clip, pouch)CON:- Muffled mic quality (not bad bc I could still hear the words, but I was expecting the mic to be much clearer bc I was going to use it for streaming video games & chatting with other players)I’ve attached a screen recording directly from my PS4 to show what the mic quality is like when speaking normally. I ended up returning it bc it didn’t suit my needs

Everything about this product is exceptional with the 1 major issue that I have experienced now 2x after my initial exchange the ear rubber ear pieces are attached on metal. In both purchases, 1 of the earbuds only gives off a very light almost unnoticeable shock from the metal pieces when exposed to sweat either from the ear or surrounding sweat when running. It’s not extreme but noticeable so concerning to me. I will now return the product for 2nd time and buy a different product. I have this review a 1 star bc even though everything else is great this issue could develop into a serious safety concern.

Yes they are excellent. This is my 3rd set. For my one particular situation I would like an 8' cord.The 6' cord is just fine for the 2 other sets.

There are foamy & silicone ear bud covers that fit on actual ear buds. One problem:they’re both the same size. All the pairs! I have a weird size ear, I guess, because the buds keep falling out. Why don’t they offer different size covers for different sized ears?

These headphones are one of the ones that last the longest for me. That being said, they also go out at some point and for me, I contacted customers service about a warranty. Long story short, customers service was extremely nice, simple instructions and quick replies. They make sure to keep their customers happy and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for headphones that will last while also making sure you can get a free replacement when they break if in the warranty time. 10/10.
