Q: Im planning on airbrush painting in my room and I use lacquer paints. Should I get a dual fan or single fan is enough?

I have a dual fan unit now and I have spray lacquer paint with it in the past and from what I can tell you will need the fan motors and you’ll have to keep the filter extremely clean to carry off all the vapors especially if you’re spraying in a living area

Q: Does this product have explosion proof motors? i would like to use a sealant spray in it and i read that the outspray build up can effect spray booths

As per the instructions this unit is not suitable for flammable pant, I have used my both for Acrylic paint and it works fine.

Q: This shows the same flow rate (4m3/min) as the single motor design. anyone know the cfm or m3/min of the 2-motor design??

I don't know about the cfm but it has more than enough flow on high speed that I I light a cigarette sitting 4 feet away the it'll draw the smoke out. And if I'm spraying lacquer it vents the fumes right through the exhaust no problem whatsoever. I usually have to dial the fan speed down when I airbrush.

Q: Can you replace the flat mouth with duct expander 4"to5"? Any recommendations or ideas about portable window vent kit ?
