Platinum SunSwim Leggings for Women Quick Dry & UPF 50+ Sun Protection Tights

I must say I nearly balked at the price....but am SO SO very glad I took the plunge. These are AWESOME! They are the perfect thickness —no flimsy, see through material here....fit like a dream, don't roll down....have this fabulously generous sized waistband...and they wash up easily and nicely......why on earth don't they have them in more colors/varieties? Really? So there! A genuine COMPLAINT! What ARE you people waiting on? And I'd like a shirt too please.....for working out at the gym....thank you very much......I love them....and am sad that I cannot wear them every day to workouts.Update: I am SO Excited!!! I just emailed the company and received an immediate response! OMG---they are coming out with new leggings and new shirts sometime around the end of March!! Also, she wrote that "We are a very young company and it is very difficult for us to bring many products on the market while we grow, but we are working on it."I would add FABULOUS customer service to this review and say to anyone on the fence about these.....buy them now.....and again in March/April.....(For those concerned.....I am a genuine, legitimate Amazon reviewer and have not been paid or compensated in any way whatsoever to write this....I just try to give credit where it's due and do my best to support the "little guys"

Second pair and these things rock! I use these to scuba dive, I am tall and the one piece suits are never long enough so I can wear these with a jacket or top depending on Water temp. They have held up through at least 20 dives very well and I don’t have any fraying or pulls. They were nice in BonAire where the ocean entries were rocky and I avoided some scratches other got on their legs. I also wear them a lot in our pool. I can swim when it is a little cooler and stay in longer. So through salt water and many, many chlorine pool swims these things look brand new. They stay tight against my skin and do not sag after they get wet. They dry very quickly and look great. One of my favorite and useful things I have bought in a long time. I am 5’8” and about 145-150 and bought a medium they fit great.

I absolutely love these leggings. I got my first pair in April and have been wearing them ever since. They are great for the gym, but also fantastic for dancing. I wear them to dance practices and also out to more casual social dancing (salsa, bachata, zouk, kizomba). Paired with some colorful sneakers and a black tank top, they look pretty cool and I always get compliments on them.I am 5'5 130 lbs and the size Small fits me perfectly. They are super stretchy so they can fit various body types.They also do a good job hiding any imperfections - very flattering. I highly recommend them!

I have been wearing Platinum Sun rash guards for a while now! I am so glad they are on Amazon now. I am even more excited that they have now branched out into active wear. I am a leggings junkie (35 pairs and counting), so I am stoked to see they added some to the new collection. I live on the beach, teach 2 fitness classes per day, and either surf or kiteboard almost every day. So, I know what fits well and is functional. When I got my Platinum Sun leggings and sports bra in the mail the quality was just as awesome as their rash guards. The leggings have a nice waist band that leaves you muffin top free, but still holds strong in the gym or in the water. The mesh detail on the back of the sports bra is a nice touch. Both are made of very lush material and the design is beautiful (colors just as pictured). No surprises and fits just like you would expect.

If you need some quality stretchy workout pants with UPF that are waterproof, then these are the way to go. I've decided that its worth it spend a bit more instead of being dissatisfied with junk the way I have been many times. These are more than some of the cheapie but they are fantastic. Well made, well stitched, thick, flattering, and a nice little back pocket and also zippers at ankles that make them easy to put on and off. Haven't gotten them wet yet. I plan on wearing them in the ocean with and without a wetsuit . Glad I purchased these over some junk that I would have to return. I am 5'5, 120 lbs and I got the medium in black. My hips are wide compared to my waist so I can use the inside elastic to make that area tighter if I decide to but right now they are comfortable. Snug but not too tight.

I ordered the medium first, which fit really tight, and personally while I realize they are leggings, I prefer a small amount of give to everything. So I returned for the large, which fit wonderfully for me. When I first start my run out, I have to pull up a little, but then once I sweat a bit, they don't move at all. They are unique and fun in design, they make me feel skinnier than I actually am, and for the best possible thing- about two weeks after I started running in them (waited for the temp to get cool enough) I ran my personal best time in the half marathon!! I felt great and didn't worry about what I looked like, but was also grateful for no chafing anywhere. I highly recommend, they are good quality, and the company was very gracious during the return/exchange process.

Stylish, sun protection, and durable. The pattern on the leggings is hiqh quality and matches along the seems which not all leggings do. Wears supprizingly well. I bought them to run around a water park all summer with my daughter. When I recieved them I though for sure they would not last but they still look brand new. I had several moments when I was sliding on my butt down water slides and textured pool bottoms and they show no wear after hours. I am highly sensitive to sunlight due to Lupus and medications but the pants protect me well. If you are buying them for warmth you will be dissapointed. They are very cool especially since they do not dry fast at all. I am actually cooler than when I have no pants. Since they are slow to dry that is the only reason I am at 4 instead of five but they would be great for intense activity.
