The texture of this piece is a little bit smoother than the OEM one but is unnoticeable unless you have them side by side. It fit perfectly into the door and all of the switches attached with ease.

Looks nice, but finish is a little different from stock unit.

I had been meaning to replace these for years and just never got around to it. I'm glad I finally did! This was a perfect fit in my 2008 Ram. It is made of plastic, but I don't see that being an issue unless I take it in and out multiple times. And it's no different than the OEM piece. If it does break, I could buy 5 more before it approached the cost of the OEM parts.

I ordered a Grey one. The price is relatively high, considering it cost nearly twice what the entire switch panel cost. I figured I needed it as the old bezel was broken at the screw receptacles. The picker can't be blamed as "GREY" is clearly marked on the package. I am holding the old one (GREY) by the new installed one (BLACK). The truck wasn't available to me for a bit but when it finally was, I was stuck installing this black bezel. Other than that, it seems like a quality replacement. Not sure if black is all they have or not.
