This book is absolutely stunning. It’s a beautiful mix of artwork and science combined to make an easy read of the plant world. The artwork in the book is beautiful, the pages have a worn in feel to them, I feel as if I’m reading a botanists secret diary. Everything is well labeled, this book can be read through, as a chapter book, or picked up to flip through when you need a quick answer on how to get rid of pests or knowing when to prune. I’m absolutely obsessed with this book ( as if my review didn’t give it away). Zero hesitation, buy this beautiful book!

Not only are the illustrations so beautiful, I love that it helps grow my knowledge about plants. It's a nice coffee table accessory as well. But it's actually a good read if your into nature, landsacping, gardening, etc!

This is a gorgeous book, in the most detailed way. The author somehow made a practical botany course, a logical and engaging narrative, and an art book all in one. I will treasure it.

I love the illustrations and descriptions included in this book. It covers a wide range of botanical topics from species descriptions to plant life development. It’s very informative and clearly written. It is a welcome addition to my collection of books on gardening.

This book is fantastic. There is a ton of information and it is easy to read. If you are a fan of gardening and want to learn more about the science behind it I would highly recommend this book.

The info is great and the presentation is beatiful

I like that it is a book about plants. I like plants and books so you can only imagine my delight when I opened the cover and lo and behold there was the table of contents. Although it pretty much gave the entire book away, the table of contents accurately described what was on all of the pages. And you guessed it, the pages have words and pictures about plants.

This is one of the most beautiful books I have ever owned. Honestly the illustrations alone are worth the purchase. I love plants and this is a great tool, but I also am a painter and this is a great reference tool! Would highly recommend this book to any avid gardener, artist, or nature/plant lover!

Exactly the same as RHS Botany for Gardeners! It is no different.

Wish this had been written many years ago. A great ready with fantastic pictures and thoroughly written text

This book is so beautifully made and illustrated, it’s a pleasure to read and breaks down the science in easily digestible pieces. Worth it!
