9" Heavy Duty Easy Assembly Steel Mattress Foundation/Box Spring Replacement, Full

This is a great box spring. Bought 2 for my son's bedroom. I can't believe how easy it was to put together. I also used a socket wrench, which made it much easier. I love it.

The box came broken with a big hole in the middle. Some of the rubber pieces that go on the slat are missing. I managed to put it together without them slept on it and it is making noises as if it will give in. I guess those piece are important. I am going to be returning for a refund.

This product is awesome. It took me a hour to put together with a hangover. Im sure it can be done faster. I love that you can unzip and wash the cover.

Easy assembly, sturdy materials. The only thing keeping me from rating this product 5 stars is the fact that one of the crossbars was about a half an inch too long and needed to be cut with a hack saw to shorten (thank goodness I had a handyman available or I would not have been able to complete the assembly by myself)...Not sure why this is, but a previous reviewer stated they had the same issue.Overall, quality product at a great price!!

This may rank right up there with the worst item I've ever purchased. Amazon should be ashamed to even list this product on their website. I purchased 2 of these box springs for our spare bedrooms. Thanks goodness I purchased 2, because it is the only way I could have assembled 1 complete box spring. Both boxes were missing parts. The first box had one section that was bent. The box arrived in good condition, so I could not blame the carrier. Another section had the tabs that support the crossbeams, welded on the wrong side. So we finally arrive at the juncture where the box spring was assembled and we attempt to place the cover over it. Any attempt to move the frame caused the cross beams to fall out of their pocket. This process took 2 people and about 30 minutes alone. Very poorly crafted and obviously no quality inspection done by the manufacturer prior to packaging. If I had not spent so much time assembling the first box spring, I would have definitely sent both back. Steer clear of this product! The few dollars you save on this item does not make up for the inferior quality and frustration you will endure attempting to assemble this item.

The metal pieces would not fit together per the instructions provided. Luckily, the handyman was handy and used a hacksaw to cut the offending piece off to make it work. If it weren't for his ingenuity , I'd have been stuck with a metal box spring and the hassle to return it, without support for my new mattress. Now that it is tigether, it works fine. I really liked the cover it came with. Washed up very well and fit snugly without shrinking.

this needs video instructions. besides receiving the instructions for a king size instead of a queen. you have different screws,it does not tell you which ones to use. steels has scratches on then. like someone used like a scratch ticket, i am not at all happy with this and do NOT recommend it to anyone
