Full of goodness and nutrition
This is the ideal drink for those getting over an illness or too upset or tired to cook. They are very filling with a great choice of flavours (mine being chocolate) and so easy to swallow. Eating a balance meal is very important but in the meantime you can drink these knowing how good they are for your health. Even when well my husband liked to drink a few in the week just to make sure he was getting enough vitamins etc.I would heartily recommend these drinks. The sellers are very friendly so do not be afraid to ask them questions

I’ve had a few of these now and something similar definitely off, some taste fine but others have lumps and taste grassy?? I had to spit it out.. I was honestly worried some bug died into it. Wasted my money

Chocolate milk shake meal replacement
Had 2 shakes so far. Tastes good and kept hunger away for about 3 hours, however I’ve had mild nausea, cramps and some rushing to the bathroom.
