Perfect fit ,best regular fit tshirt for summers

the product is offered as a pair. surprisingly, one of the T shirt is over sized to the tune of almost an inch by width. On top of that while addressing my concern with the customer care at Amazon, i was offered return & refund but at the same time I received an email from Amazon that you may be charged Rs 90/- in case of Returns. What does that mean? Are we suppose to accept what so ever Inferior quality, over / undersize stuff we receive from the supplier? Even a street vendor accepts & returns or refunds if such an issue is found within reasonable time frame.
