I've bought these lights for nearly 2 months now and I have been enjoying the wonderful lighting effects from these cleverly designed modern ceiling lights every evening. I find them spot on practical choice for my living room, hallway, and few rooms upstairs, not only they are extremely lightweighted but also ultra thin, easily installed, perfect for new-build properties and lower or uneven ceiling heights, since they are also waterproof so am considering buying more of these lights for my bathroom and kitchen and having saved myself a fortune on energy bills I must say these are extremely bright lights with pretty diamonds in the sky sparkle when switched on, with the remote controls came with lights I can control both the colour temperature and the brightness or group all the lights to use with just one remote control, this feature has made it so much easier for me to switch all the lights off by pressing a single remote button. I ordered 6 of these lights but couple of them arrived slightly damaged due to shipping, after notifying the seller company and Amazon, they immediately did their utmost to rectify the issue and that which has made me one happy customer! I must mention the after sale customer service provided both by this seller company and Amazon are highly competitive that's equivalent to John Lewis standard! It is good for everyone to know they're actually proud of their products and services.

An excellent light that is super bright, looks good and very easy to install. The remote has a number of options to adjust the level of brightness or the tone of light. Customer service is exceptional and very quick to respond should you have any questions.

Item was received quickly. Is easy to install and the light works great. The different setting give you a variety of hues to choose from. The remote feel a little cheap but is works without issue.

Having lived with a cranky old strip light for too many years I finally got round to doing something about it. I'm so glad I punted for this compact and lightweight piece of kit. My 'man that does' tells me it was a doddle to install, although he was dubious it would give enough light for the room - how wrong he was. It more than does the job that it's needed for and I have to say the choice of shades and brightness are a real bonus. Let us also not forget the most important bit - the remote control. Couldn't be easier to use. All in all, I love this and will be ordering another in a couple of months for my bedroom.

I ordered 2 of these, the first one was fine the remote control worked as described and I could turn the light on and off using group 1.The second had the internal remote sensor and transformer loose in the plastic enclosure. The connectors would not hold the Live/Neutral/Earth wires, even the internal wires I had to replace it with a standard connector block.The remote control assigns the light to the 2nd group and dims/brightens accordingly but it has to be turned on/off at the wall switch as the remote does not switch the light off.Installation, the hole for the wires coming from the old ceiling rose is too small and caused some difficulty threading the wires through.Overall for what I paid I found them to be too expensive due to the poor build quality.

Bought as part of an upgrade to LED lighting around the house. I've installed two of these in the living room replacing old fashioned energy saving lights.Easily installed and not heavy, important when holding an item up to the ceiling while installing.As lighting they are very versatile, giving 3 types of light, bluish bright, bright white and warm white. These are accessed using a remote control, The remote can also be used to operate the dim function and 1 controller can be set to operate up to four individual lights.One of my units was faulty, but the vendor had it replaced within a day of contacting them. Good communication and excellent customer service.I suspect I may buy a couple more to install in the garage and workshop.

First the positives - the unit if fairly easy to install and looks good when switched off. However there are two major faults. The first is the dappled 'star' design on the cover. This is visible in the pictures, but not that obvious. I cannot see why they have done this, it adds nothing to the quality of the light and is just rather annoying. A plain white cover would have been much more attractive. The second fault is the setting of the remote control. The remote works well but will only relight the light at a retained setting if you use it to switch the light on and off. If you turn the light on at the main wall switch it always lights with full white light at full intensity which is quite blinding and has to be turned down. A real annoyance as its easier in the dark to use a wall switch than grope around trying to find the remote. It would be better if the light simply came on each time with the last setting used - but I realise this might be technically difficult.

I ordered two of these lights. The lights both work fine and look good. However, one remote control did not work.I contacted the seller and the issue was resolved very quickly. There was excellent email communication throughout and my customer service experience with the seller was excellent.
