Mighty Grip Black Pole Dancing Ankle Protectors with Tack Strips for Gripping the Pole (Medium)

I got a Medium, I have small feet so I'm glad the M fit and wasn't too loose or tight. It was a snug fit. These helped a lot! I have been learning pole dancing for a few months and have been struggling with climbing due to the pain on my foot. This gave the top of my foot enough protection that I wasn't so distracted by the pain I could focus on my technique. I did still feel the pressure of the pole but I was not in as much pain as I usually am. They also add some grip for me to not consistently slide down.

I admit, I am still a super rookie when it comes to pole dancing, but I had to get this item, because when you are dangling upside down the last thing you want to happen is you lose control and fall down. I tend to sweat a lot, so I am always slippery on the pole. Ohhhh, that sounds kinky, bwahahaha :D This ankle grip really helps for practice. I am so glad they finally invented it. Highly recommend it for beginners and even just for practice to avoid ankle bruises.

I was looking forward to making my climbing easier with these, and they worked well on some aspects, but I grip on the back of my ankle & there is no stick there, it's actually slippery. I gave them to a friend in class & she loved them. So they might work for you, depending on how you grip the pole

Very good gripping socks for beginners but they rip easily

This product has finally enabled me to perfectly perform the starfish move whenever I want! I only wear the right footie (for the foot that hooks the pole) and it's perfect. I am still getting a little bit of the pain, just enough to train my skin. Before long, I should be able to remove the footie completely after my skin is ready, but this is an excellent training tool. I can also see how it would help beginners with their pole climbs if they are not quite strong yet (everybody starts somewhere!) However it should of course only be considered a training tool and we should work our way up to not needing it. Also very reasonably priced and five stars to the seller (microfiber)

As a beginner in pole fitness an endeavor like this form of fitness requires extra protection. Especially for parts of the body that one would never think of using. Quality product. Recommend.

Bought these for my pole dancing spouse, who says: These are not useful for pole dancing tricks. The Mighty Grip "G" rubber logo is dead center at the top of the sleeve. That means it presses very painfully between the pole and my shin bone when I try to climb. One of the grip strips does not go all the way around the back of the ankle, so you're trying to grip the pole with slippery cloth when doing an inverted crucifix, and we all know how well that works. These are a great idea -- I was really excited to find something I thought would let me train and protect the tops of my feet -- but very poorly executed. It makes me think Mighty Grip did not test this design at all and just slapped it together.

These are great - nice and tight so they don’t slide off when you climb. Totally work it.

Amazing! I had a Liz Frank fracture on my right foot, I got my foot reconstructed by a couple surgeries. Quite a few years ago. These have helped in my pole classes protecting my foot. I only need to wear one on the right foot. I would definitely order again. I highly recommend it. A medium fit me perfect

Ich benutze sie zum PoleDance, sie sind hier um einiges günstiger als in den meisten PoleDance Shops. Ich trage sie auch bis heute immer noch, sie sind super bequem und helfen tatsächlich! Die sticky-Teile gehen zwar mit der Zeit ab, wenn man sie viel nutzt, aber zum Fußgelenk stützen sind sie tadellos und ich kriege keine blauen Flecken mehr an den Füßen!

Llegaron rápidas, están perfectas, son las mismas que tienen todas mis compañeras pero a un precio mucho mas económico. Ya las use varias veces y estoy encantada.

No hay tallas la M muy grande la XS muy pequeña dificil de quitar
