Q: It the pictures it shows a lot of different styles of clock and pictures. Also it says alarm clock.. how do i access these functions? I only see 3.

the clock only holds three styles on board at a time. only one of which can be updated by the end user. to change the one "font" you have control over, you will need to download the free software and connect the clock to your computer via the USB interface (USB-C power port) easy peasy. also, there is NO alarm clock functionality as far as I have found. try googling "EleksTube IPS" for more tips. (it is even possible to create your own custom font style without too much effort; assuming you have moderate image editing skills)
