Avoid HP. Printer refuses to stay connected to wifi. 3 wasted days of calls to HP support.
Despite problems with previous HP ENVY I bought another assuming it would be familiar and easier to set up and connect. The printer has no consistent network connection despite being set up multiple times by me and 3 times remotely by HP. Network connection light is on but no wifi. The online support was useless in taking me round in circles without fault diagnosis or resolution and and HP telephone support message apologises for 3rd day in a row that no HP support service is available.I shall have no alternative but to go to the trouble of returning it.
