Portable Sewing Machine Mini Sewing Machine Two-Wire Two-Speed Pedaling Mini Size

Took it camping where we didn't have electricity. (I used rechargeable batteries that charge from a USB power pack). I'm the seamstress for a Morris dancing side and someone always rips something at a festival!The sewing machine was a bit fiddly at first as I'm used to my big Singer, but once I'd got used to it it was fine.Pros: Good for mending when you're not at home.Does an adequate job.Powerful enough using batteries.Compact and easy to transport, weighs very little.Cons: The foot pedal cable is quite short so I had to use the machine on a low table. You can use it without the foot pedal, it has an on/off hand button, but I couldn't stop it quickly enough! Maybe with a bit of practice, but as I have been used to using a foot pedal to sew for donkey's years I just went with a lower table!You can't alter the stitch length or style, or the speed of the machine. You also can't adjust the lower bobbin tension.Probably wouldn't cope with very thick items.Overall I'm pleased with this. It wasn't expensive and it does a good enough job.

Firstly. It could not 3 piece of cloth. Secondly! It got stuck many times during sewing and I had to keep stopping and restarting it after moving out the cloth. Thirdly! It has very weak mechanism. Once got stuck in the middle. It was hard to restart. Actually almost impossible. Take up lever was really loose and could not be fixed. It became very loose and needle stopped going through hole to start stitching and I broke the needle in the middle of sewing. So I was unable to sew the cloth. because needle won't go in and Up Lift Lever was very loose. Means needle was not at the area. It supposed to be. This machine is more like a toy. That can be easily damaged. Not built properly. I was unable to fix the loose Take Up Lever. Because screws are so deep . therefore was unable to reach them. This product is a joke. absolutely crap. Not worth spending money at all. I had a bad experience buying this product. Total waste of money. Poor product. Not very practical. I was really disappointed by spending money on this sewing machine. Just a crap product.Total waste of time and money. I would not recommend this product to any one.do not waste your money on this toy.

The size is perfect to put on my shelf until I need it. Sews as quick or slow as you need, very easy to use. The foot plate fits in your hand, it's very quite.

This is a great little sewing machine for an absolute beginner like me. I didn’t want to waste loads of money on something I didn’t know how to use so this is great value to build my confidence. It is very basic but does the job. Great for a novice or even for someone more experienced who wants something portable and easy to use for the odd small job.It comes pre threaded which was helpful as it was ready to go. Comes with a small bit of material to get you started. The tension is pre adjusted so you don’t need to mess with that. Bought this because I have limited space and got to say it was a waste of money, tried to turn up some sleeves but it was pretty useless and I ended up hand sewing them.

This arrived today - I’m in Ireland and the minute I plugged it in it blew - something wrong / then I smelled burning from the plug - it’s the voltage or my power source is too strong for it so I was very very disappointed that the minute I turned it on it worked for one second then blew - what do I do now ?

Really pleased when I first got the sewing machine but then I had to change the bobbin and it won't pick the thread up. I used the foot pedal it's very temperamental but could live with that but with it not picking the thread up it's not usable which is a shame
