The Power of Miracle Metaphysics: Enhance and Accelerate Personal and Universal Progress

This book is a nice collection of methods, somewhat scattered, to influence the flow of life. It covers the big three: wealth, health, and love. He has the standard warnings about not manipulating people. I was surprised to see so many relatively advanced methods under one cover. Of course he notes that his methods work only if you are in the alpha, or better yet theta, EEG state. If I were just starting out, I would want more coverage of this, than what he offers. The publisher was well known in the 70's for producing books that seemed somewhat exploitive, solving all your problems in a day or two, and so on, still this book has gems in it. The book covers, as noted on the first page, how to get as much money as you want, read other people's thoughts, see through walls, even miles away; influence people to do your bidding, reap a crop of good luck every day, revitalize health and postpone aging; undreamed of success, buy or sell the right stocks at the right time. Well, ok, the book is a good start for this, and the text notes attracting the attention of the opposite sex as well. The author's  You the Healer: The World-Famous Silva Method on How to Heal Yourself and Others  is a useful adjunct to this book. Stone co-authored books with Jose Silva.  The Future Is Yours: Do Something About It!  is a book by a former Silva instructor, which rounds out some of the ideas in this book. Serge King has a new book coming out soon; of his books,  Instant Healing: From Cutting-Edge Scientific Research to Ancient Rituals and Holistic Medicine, Powerful, Drug-Free Methods to Help You Heal Your Body and Stop Pain NOW!  is a useful adjunct to this book. People who need and want a lot more easy to read theoretical background, and sequences, from someone who had to have had Silva training, could look at  Redneck Shaman . Stone discusses what we might now call remote viewing in this book. For more on that, you might look at  Remote Viewing Secrets: A Handbook . More Instant Self-Hypnosis: "hypnotize yourself as you read"  is a useful continuation of the hypnosis section. The book is a bridge from the Newtonian/Cartesian world of only material matter, into the quantum world.  Journey to the Ancestral Self: The Native Lifeway Guide to Living in Harmony with the Earth Mother (Bk.1)  is a book about what seems like a totally different kind of living, but it is relevant- it is living from intuition, as this book teaches.  Practical Intuition  is a useful book on developing intuition, which is a nice adjunct to what he teaches here.  The Reality Creation Technique  is an interesting contrast to this book, and they come from the same place. This book is worth reading, and worth applying, though I wish the organization had been tightened up some.

I read this book when it was new. So many years ago. I still use things I learned from this book. It opened my eyes to something new ... the power of the mind.I practiced every single technique in this book. Some things I could do with some success, other things, not so much. But what matters most is the amount of value I got from this book. It was helpful enough that, more than thirty years later, I still remember this book fondly.Writing this review has motivated me to re-read this book.

This book is Robert Stone's contribution to help people manifest for themselves things through the Invisible World. His many years as a trainer of the Silva Method are obviously an influence on his own work. He took the Silva Method and made it his own, and more user friendly. You don't have to go to a formal training, spending hundreds of dollars to learn how to create the life that you want through visualization in very special ways. His clear thinking and simple and easy to understand instructions, makes this book a treasure for anyone who is interested in manifesting and using their own mental powers to do so.

I had heard of this and saw books like it and never tried it. However something drew me to this book and after reading it threw decided to re read it and try it. Does it work? I think so because things are changing in my life.

Every book written by Dr. Robert Stone is a treasure. I keep coming back to re-read his books over and over after decades and keep adding new favorite books to my collection. He makes everything look so easy! The Kindle version is the perfect companion anywhere.

Loved this detailed book and the exercises simultaneously are interesting and seem doable. I’m going to give them all a try!

I acquired this book years after having read it during my childhood. I was curious to see what I would get from reading it now after having grown up years later. When I first read it, I was a child of eleven years of age who along with a friend was really into the occult. He went on to become a protege of a local famous psychic here in Hawaii. The author of this book, by the way, taught at UH Manoa when I was a child. Boy, I would have loved to be a student in his class to study the methods that he speaks of because the book itself is lacking a major part, alpha or theta in EEG stage. Most who come to this book will not know what that is and to assume that they know what it means to be in that state without stating so is quite a big omission.This book simplifies a lot of advanced practices such as mind reading. In step 1 of the method he advises you that you are in a in an environment aware of the silence. In step 2 you are lost in though and thus in alpha state. In step 3 you are not thinking actively. In step 4 you have reached your innermost center. All of these are presented in eleven lines. Nowhere does it give you details as to how to attain each level and even those who are aware of the alpha state know that this simplified method is missing the procedures needed to reach each level. The procedures themselves can be long and take many, many practices. Some may need a device to measure his or her state.Despite the lacking of a very major part of the methodology, this book is interesting reading material. Unfortunately, most who come to this book are seeking the "how-to" and not just a basic idea of what these abilities are. In reality, they take years of practice and under the tutelage of an expert. One thing that this book does, though, is impart a very important cosmic law, do no harm to others. For as you do to others, it will be done to you. Anyone who practices magic to do ill will may find him or herself having it backfire as it takes only a reversal spell or prayers to send the evil back to its sender. And when that happens, the offender will find that it not only comes back, it comes back a HUNDREDFOLD. And deservedly so.

Amazing book . Must read for any one who wish to untap the hidden power of Superconsious evergy. Create a connection with same and use it for the benefit of self and human kind.

The print quality is like that of a unauthorized knock-off. The diagrams are all distorted. Look at the attached example where the whole bit is verically squeezed. The paragraphs formatting and alignment are also fairly amaturish. Paper quality is similar to a A4 sheet from my local store. The cover page is 100% paper with not even a basic laminated protective layer. Overall disappointing.
