Hoy acaban de llegar los audífonos, hasta ahora la conexión bluetooth a mi celular fue fácil, los vídeos y música se escuchan estupendo mucho mejor de lo que imaginé ya que me sentía muy inmersa en ella y se escuchaba muy claro, hice una prueba con una llamada y la otra persona me comentó que había momentos en los que se me escuchaba lejos y con un volumen bajito y en otros con un buen volumen y claro. Grabé varios audios en WhatsApp y Telegram utilizando los audífonos para comprobar como se escuchaban, en WhatsApp realmente no se escuchan mal pero sucede lo mismo que con la llamada que hice, por otro lado en Telegram se escuchaban en un buen volumen y con mayor claridad que en WhatsApp, aunque he de admitir que en Telegram el audio no se grabó con una claridad máxima pero era mejor que en WhatsApp.Hasta ahora puedo decir que son perfectos para escuchar audios, vídeos y música, el precio calidad es bueno y el producto llega rápido.10-03-23: Parece ser que en las llamadas grupales se escucha bien cuando se utilizan los audífonos (tanto el que llama como los que responden) y la función de cancelación de sonido durante la llamada y la música o vídeos le da una mayor claridad a la voz e instrumentos y hasta ahora siguen con mucha batería a pesar de solo utilizarlos 3 veces en la semana.

UPDATETOZO Customer Support ended up contacting me on this issue and apologizing for the troubles I had. Even though they weren't able to do anything about the prior issue, they were kind enough to send me a new upgraded pair of wireless earbuds (crystal black earbuds) for my troubles. They are great and perform very well. Although they do not have the noise cancelling feature i still find that they are of great quality and work well as my office go-to pair. Thank you for reaching out TOZO customer service, i greatly appreciate your dedication to your customers.ok sooooo...Its a very bittersweet product. hit or miss. I bought that product 4 different times because of the great reviews. The first 3 gave me problem a week after using, and since i use them all day at work those problems come fairly quickly. The first and second pair worked well for 2 weeks before the left bud went out and never came back on. That was a huge bummer but at least is was within the return window. The 3rd pair had a connectivity issue and wouldn't stay connected or if it did, it would be weak at best. again i was lucky enough to have it happen within the first few weeks. NOW Im on my 4th pair, and so far they have been 8/10. Don't get me wrong, the product is GRAND when they works. The sound is amazing, they fit well in my ears, they do a good job of canceling road noise when Im in the car on a call, the hold a charge all day and I only recharge them once a week. They are very similar to the AirPods and i love that. The problem with this pair is they also have a slight CONNECTION PROBLEM. Especially on a phone call or zoom/teams meetings. if i don't already have them in my ears and connected before the call starts, they will connect and disconnect a million times making it impossible to use. At that point i just have to put them away and do my call without them. ALSO they don't disconnect and tun off when you put them back in the case. I often have to turn my bluetooth off on my phone to get them to disconnect. not a huge deal but it kills the battery and is a hassle when trying to figure out why your sound isn't working when you thought the earbuds had been placed in their case and turned off.i would probably recommend to a friend but to be weary of the problems I explained above, but for the money i paid... they are a decent deal. Llevo alrededor de 2 años con estos auriculares y son muy cómodos, sus gomas ajustables son muy variadas y seguro hay una que se ajuste a tu oreja, la calidad de los materiales es excelente, el plástico es resistente y de buen grosor, (siempre se me caen y no les han pasado nada XD) la cancelación de ruido no es total pero si aísla lo suficiente para el sonido del entorno no moleste para nada, además, tienen una batería muy rendidora y una EXCELENTE calidad de audio, recomiendo por que son unos audífonos verdaderamente calidad-precio

Son el tercer par de auriculares de este modelo que compro. Los dos primeros tienen casi tres años de uso intensivo, y funcionan como el primer día. Así que me decidí por este modelo cuando mi hijo menor nos pidió unos nuevos. La batería dura muchísimo. La cancelación activa de sonido es muy efectiva. Y el sonido es muy bueno, con espacio para los graves y agudos. Sin duda volvería a comprarlos. El único pero serían las almohadillas para los oídos, pero al final te acostumbras.
