Q: How should i place the stickers

I haven't specifically used these but I do work with vinyl and have for several years. You need to clean with microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol and make sure it dries completely. It will basically be applied like a sticker. They look like pretty small pieces so you can peel the paper off the back and slowly lay it in place lined up where it goes, align it correctly cause vinyl doesn't easily come off to be repositioned and you may rip it if you try. Once in place if there are small bubbles (I read the sellers comments on another question saying it was safe to use blow dryer, sun light also works but its an electronic so you dont want too much heat getting to it) lightly wave the blow dryer over it but not too close and not too long, a little heat from the dryer will help get rid of the bubbles. You can also try to use a credit card to help smooth the bubbles out (that's how I normally smooth out my vinyl). Hope this helps.
