16 Inch Rustic Vintage Leather Messenger Bag Laptop Bag Briefcase Satchel Bag

I am really disappointed. I liked this bag. I liked the way it looked, the way it felt, the space and it didn't smell like dead wet goat, as some have said. I was even willing to over look to loose thread. Then I made the mistake of taking it to my office and sitting it on the floor like a I have done hundreds of times with my previous bag. Apparently, the heat from my floor vent was just too much for it to take. It isn't a base board heater or an element or even a radiator. It is just a central air vent. Not a hair dryer or blow torch, just hot air. In less than a few hours my bag was trashed from a central air. How is that even possible? Im not asking for my money back. Maybe I should have known that leather and 90 degree air don't mix. Just be warned.

The bag had a horrible chemical smell that did not ho away after several days airing out. I sent it back.

I search for a long time for a bag big enough to hold my computer AND all my stuff. This is it.

This is a great bag. it does smell like play dough when you first get it, but after its aired out for a few days, the smell dissipates. one suggestion for improvement, would be an umbrella sleeve on the side of the bag.

Great bag, low price, and the quality is well above average for what you pay. Good size, and space, a good deal. Love.

Lots of complements on the looks and the leather

It's very good quality for the price, and I like the style. Exactly as described. I'm not sure if the odor is a by-product of the natural solvents they use on the leather, or if it is the interior canvas but it was slightly odd. There is a glue like residue in the seams of the bag. I think it may be for waterproofing or to keep the seams from unraveling. It may instead be the cause of the odor. Only time will tell. I washed with a mild detergent and hot water and will see if that makes it smell better.
