Does it take blood pressure?

It does have a blood pressure /EKG app. The BP app has to be calibrated with a good cuff BP monitor. The accuracy is so-so. The app only works if the watch is paired with a Samsung phone, although there are hacks available to get the app working with other android phones. I have my Galaxy Watch 4 paired with my OnePlus 9 phone and the hacked version of the Samsung Health Monitor app. My evening BP using the Galaxy Watch 4 Health monitor app was 104/61. Taking my BP with my Wellue digital cuff BP monitor on the opposite arm was 115/64. Taking my BP with my Omron wrist cuff BP monitor on the same wrist as the watch was used was 115/65. It's 122 using my Viatom Health Monitor Pro device. Overall the accuracy is "fair." The EKG function only looks for a-fib, but that is the most common arrhythmia. The watch also has a Sp02 function. I actually bought the watch because I needed it for monitoring my continuous glucose monitor (Dexcom G6). Dexcom makes a special watchface/app for the watch that shows the current blood glucose level and has alert settings for lows and highs. My only complaint about the watch is the battery life. I have to charge it twice a day - usually first thing in the morning while I'm having breakfast and then an hour or so before bedtime. I do wear the watch at night to track sleep apnea issues and to alert me if my blood glucose drops below a safe threshold.

Is this compatible with the A21?

I'm not sure I found this information. Hope it helps These devices will still have support on older Samsung phones but not the new Galaxy S21 series. According to a report by Galaxy Club, older Samsung smartwatches and fitness trackers will not be compatible with the Galaxy S21 series.Dec 5, 2022

Does it work for galaxy A13?

It should. It works via Bluetooth to Samsung phones.
