Great rack but the box came broken wide open and missing a few pieces. Still was able to assemble and worked fine for our weights. Perfect size and holds what we needed.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the good folks at Uboway. I ordered this rack and it came with duplicate legs. I contacted Oboway to let them know about the problem. They were bummed that it happened. mainly because they want their customers to be completely satisfied, and this packaging mistake did not meet their high standards. They apologized, and sent me a new rack ASAP. In fact, the second rack came sooner than the first. First rate service!The rack itself is very sturdy and well built. It's really heavy and seems like it was built to last. It was also very easy to assemble, tools included.All the best,Kevin

I was a little hesitant because of the earlier reviews I saw about the box falling apart and missing pieces. However, the seller must have taken those reviews to heart because I can't remember getting something like this that was packaged so well.It was double-boxed. Inside, all the pieces were wrapped in plastic, padded with styrofoam, and zip-tied together. It took longer to unpack everything than it did to put the rack together.It probably wouldn't hold up if you put it in a public gym. However, it works perfect for the home gym in my basement.The only thing I could think of to make it better would be if they included some sort of padding for the hooks on the back that hold the barbells. I used some leftover grip-tape on mine, just so there is not metal-to-metal contact, wearing out the knurling on my bars.Overall, this rack is worth every penny I paid for it.
