I do not know the answer to this question. And why should I even bother to try and help you..? Because I have been trying to return the rubbish I was sent - as a Prime member! - of an old tin of the supposedly "new" tin of Strawberry & Cream SlimFast - whose "Best Before Date" was 6 months ago! And yet, despite protesting at the substitution of an old tin for a new one, by the firm for whom you are presumably acting as a fulfilment service - I have received absolutely NO Help to get the order I have paid for. I do not want a refund - I am still trying to get hold of the item I ordered! And yet your Customer Service has turned out to be totally non-interested in the fact that I am a good customer who needs some help. do these need to be kept in the fridge once opened?

Nothing came with my order indicating the necessity for refrigeration and I have not refrigerated my eggnog flavouring.

Some great surprises and some disappointments

Some are fantastic: sweet lychee, ripe strawberry, white chocolateBlueberry extra is goodAnd I don't know if I am using simply vanilla/pistachio incorrectly but for me they taste horrible.Please if there is a dosage or something to do, vanilla seems like a simple basic flavour, I don't understand so if the manufacturer has a tip I am interested.

Absolutely no lavender taste at all

Absolutely no taste of lavender whatsoever. I tasted the cake mix, added more, tasted again...all I could taste was the alcohol (which burnt off) but no lavender. Even after baking, there was no taste. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t taste like cream !!

Sorry it does taste of something but not cream. !! it leaves an after taste in your mouth which is not pleasant. So thumbs down from me 👎👎 won’t be buying again sorry !!

Good pink grapefruit flavour

This is an excellent flavouring for cocktails and I find six drops to be enough to add flavour without overpowering the drink. Will definitely buy again.
