Just received it today, it’s cute and light. But is it normal for this brand for the top lid to be not tight seal? Because mine doesn’t seal tight and that is the reason for 3 stars. Will update once I use it.UPDATE:I return the 1st one I got and ask for replacement. Replacement came right away and definitely better than the 1st shipment I received, top wasn’t clanky and noisy. Being said that, I am using this particular rice cooker for the first time. It did all that it says in the manual, but it didn’t cook my rice! And using a rice cooker is not new to me. What am I doing wrong? I press the power on, and then select the kind of rice, cooking lit up but it didn’t cook my rice. As if I mis-step but there is only one way before I can select the kind of rice. So I just unplug it and did the same step for the 2nd time, this time it cooked my rice but it’s a little under done. And I followed the rice/water ratio right since I’ve been using the same jasmine rice for so long and I do eat rice daily.2ND UPDATE:Change from 3 to 5 stars! Used it for the second time, and it worked as it should without any problem! Rice came out really fluffy and cooked perfectly. I’m so glad I got this one to replace my old Cuisnart. Love it!

Love my new rice cooker. You have to press the power button than what type of rice you are cooking. It is going to to warm up for about 12 minutes before it starts the timer. So dont worry , i found this to be normal everytime i used it. No need to press extra buttons or turn on or off.

I love the size since there's plenty of room for a steamer basket and large quantities of veggies. However, you can only make one serving of a grain at a time. Two servings cause the unit to leak. Cleaning the unit after such a leak is not easy.

I recently bought this wonderful product, i have gone through couple of other companie's rice cooker before i buy this one, i found a lots of positive reviews from other users, and finally i bought this one, its a beautiful items, easy to use, works nicely and easy to clean. I mean perfectly designed for customers! just love it -- highly recommend to buy as it is worth buying :)

We tried it for a couple weeks. No matter what we did; rice was not evenly cooked.We returned it. Seller received it but didn't issue refund. After more than two weeks, we had to request it thru Amazon return customer service to get our refund. Thanks to customer service, Rovin!
