This is one of the few "creamy/milky" pre-made shakes I drink as I'm a big fan of the clear protein water mixes.The protein content is high and perfect for what I need daily- as I also consume a protein breakfast bar and drink 2 protein waters.The vanilla shake is creamy and smooth and definitely not chalky or chunky.

Muscle Milk is great tasting, especially the Cookies and Cream, and it has a generous amount of protein. However, there are other options that taste comparably good, for far less money. Just know Muscle Milk charges a premium.

Our family loves Muscle Milk but these are too sweet for us. Delicious flavor but very sweet. It was pleasantly smooth to drink and not chalky like many protein drinks.
