This really works for our 3-year-old! She’s full of energy, and bedtime can be a challenge. Since starting this, she actually settles down easier and falls asleep on time. I'm an adult and decided to try Melatonin to help my sleep. I read that the optimum dose of Melatonin was 1mg for everyone. For some reason when I was searching for options that were "1mg" the choices that came up were marked for "Kids" but I figured 1mg was 1mg so I ordered these. They work excellently for me by just making it easier to fall asleep. They do not "knock you out", etc. I was just able to feel more relaxed and am able to nod off earlier with no tossing and turning. They are chewable, very small, but are a little tart even for me :)

Been using this for 4 years. One bottle last me a long time because my son only needs 1/4 a pill. Thats 0.25 mg and no sleepiness the next day. Never a complaint about the taste even from the picky eaters. Dissolves fast.

I give these to my kids on nights where they struggle to sleep. It works really well and they get a good night sleep.

My 4 year old son is autistic and we usually have to sit by his bed to make sure he is laying down for bed or else he will get up and run around. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour for him to sleep. He tends to to get burst of energy’s before bed. We decided to purchase this melatonin to try. So far for 3 nights he has been able to knock out right away. It is helping my husband and I put him to bed easier and less time sitting on the floor by his bed. My son seem like he sleep better and I notice he wakes up happy. This melatonin works faster than the last one we used. So far no bad side effects. It smells like grape but my son has no problem taking it. It works perfectly. I gave it for star for now. I will give it about a month before I update

Bought these to help our toddler sleep after surgery, and have become an adult staple in our house when we've had trouble sleeping--just enough to get you to sleep but not too much you wake up after it wears off or groggy in the a.m.!
