When I heard there were pink joycons being released around last year, I just had to get these! I’m so glad Amazon carried them. I literally love anything pink and this was a must have. I’ve seen lighter pink controllers, but I was worried those would get dirty. I bought these joycons around a year ago, and I can definitely say they’re great! The joycon is in good shape and the condition still looks new as ever! I try to take care of my joycons, which might be the reason it’s still in clean condition. I do highly recommend you be careful with joycons in general, some are overpriced (you can thank Nintendo). Overall, I’m very happy with these joycons! I would suggest these for anyone who loves anything Nintendo and pink.

This is not so much a product review as a compliment, so here goes... Just wanted to give the Amazon delivery service a “Thank you”. I’ve had my Switch for almost 2 yrs and have logged many happy, sometimes frustrating hours on it. So last week when the Joy-Cons started gradually sticking I knew they needed replacing. The R stick wasn’t actually “physically” sticking to the right, but was sending the message to the game to move right when I wanted to stand my ground. Don’t know if any of you have ever tried fighting Ice Lizalfos on a mountain top while Link keeps trying to creep off the cliff, but I would not recommend it. I’d already searched to replace them, but due to the COVID pandemic Switch Joy-Cons are near impossible to get in regular grey here in Sacramento. EVERY store was wiped out. Even GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy and Fry’s couldn’t provide via store OR online. Amazon said they could deliver, but not until August 1st... it was the best offer I could get. So when that beautiful little brown box showed up yesterday afternoon, July 28th, while I was actually playing Zelda BOTW no less, the feelings of relief that swept over me can only be understated. And just in time too. Yesterday, only an hour or so before delivery, the L stick was starting to stick to the right also. Whew!.... Thanks again, Amazon for that little extra “sumthin’” you always seem to provide. P.S. Oh, and the controllers were delivered, packaged, and function perfectly. The actual Nintendo Joy-Con box was untampered and had safety seals in tact - something I always look for, especially with electronics (and food, of course).

Loved them

So the joycons works fine, they are original nintendo joycons, but I expected some better quality for been a nintendo product. I was about to buy some generic ones for $5 difference, but I stick to originals for quality. This is what happened. I was playing Cup head with a friend, I have 4 joycons so we were playing with the grip. I remap the shooting button to "R", we were playing and then I felt a plock on the button, and then it was working fine, but when shacking the controller, something was lose inside, I live outside the US (my sister took the controllers to me on a visit) so sending the controllers back to get them replaced was going to be more expensive than get new ones, but still getting new ones would be also expensive because have a couple of joycons that I got without use, so I decide to open them up and check what was going on. What I found was a bolt got lose inside, is was one of the bolt just below the "R" button, I said well no problem just putting it back and that should be all. Well nope, the place where you screw the bolt in is plastic and was striped, it seems that the bolt was over screwed, so the part was not grabbing the bolt, and that was with the other bolt as well. So even tho I screw them it wont take none of the 2 bolts and they were going to be wobbling around the controller sooner or later. THANKFULLY I got a 2 joysticks replacements (In case that the joysticks start drifting, have read that is a common issue with joycons but I haven't experienced anything like it) which come with the tools to open them up and extra bolts if some of them gets lost, and also those bolts were A MICRO MINIMETER bigger than original bolts, so the plastic took the bolts like a charm. Now the controller is in perfect condition, but still was not waiting this type of issue from an original controller from NINTENDO. I am planning on buying a generic controller (with d-pad) to try and compare quality. Even tho this was bad luck to me but I dont think all the controllers are having this issue, so still 3 stars.

I was honestly very hesitant buying these, since the reviews were mixed.. I was praying for the best, but these are awesome! Paired instantly to my switch, no nics or damages, came in the orginal nintendo switch box & was protected with bubble wrap, I love the lightpink color, and shipping was fast! If your gonna buy these I would buy them brand new & not used. Thank you!!!!! I love my new joycons 🥰 I hope these last a long time, I will update you guys if anything happens to the joycons, but for now they are working fantastic!
