These were used to fix a clock for my wife . They were all for d cell batteries and had to be shortened but worked fine

At first, I wasn't sure if these springs would work, but fortunately they work great. I used these to replace the old rusted out D size battery springs in my device. It took a little bit if twisting and turning to fit them into the battery contact plate, but eventually they fit nice and snug. I also added a dab of silicone grease to help prevent rusting. They seem to be built sturdy and are of better quality than the original springs in my device. I'm happy with my purchase!

Needed to replace corrosion destroyed battery springs in a old battery operated radio (2ea) and these I hoped were be the answer. Listed as C & D cell replacement springs they and a little tight for C cells but do work. I only gave them 4 stars because since they are replacement items not specific device for replacement, solder tabs would have been great although I soldered the connecting leads by wrapping them around the coil. They did at least accept the solder after scraping the coil bare where soldering.

Great way to fix older toys where the previous owners left batteries in (and leaked). Easy to solder- just had to file down the large end.

Wish they sold the rivets to go with them.

Ordered this product when I wash the spring to my mag light 2x c batt. Spring wasn’t as large or heavy duty as original Maglite spring spring but I was able to shape with pliers a needle nose and now my mag light works again more than one comes in a package.

Did not fit C. batter type
