Se escucharon bien en un principio, de repente el lado derecho dejó de escucharse, en la guía rápida del producto hace referencia al tema y dice que si un auricular no se escucha que no se devuelva ,que se sigan las instrucciones para solucionar el problema, y no se solucionó, el sitio de soporte técnico que dan no está activo. Y no hice la devolución porque ya no me daba el tiempo límite que Amazon da. Muy decepcionado con el producto que ofrece soporte técnico global y simplemente no funciona . NO RECOMIENDO EL PRODUCTO.
