We have lots of high-end stainless pots and pans, but we like to keep some nonstick options around for certain dishes. These have been fantastic. Great design, they look nice, and they perform very well without sticking at all. I usually hand wash them, but they have survived the dishwasher without any noticeable impact.

I'd had great experience with another pan from this product line and when I moved to a new city, I decided not to take my other set of cookware (that I'd never really liked much). When I got here, I immediately ordered this pot as well as another set of other pieces and a second 12" skillet — All from the OXO Professional Hard Anodized Ceramic Nonstick line.I've really loved having these pots and pans, every one of them has gotten good use so far and they just feel good to work with. An added bonus is that unlike almost all other Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware, these work perfectly with an induction stove because OXO was smart enough to embed iron filings in the bases of this product line. So you get the benefits of the incredible heat conductivity that heavy hard anodized aluminum cookware gives you with the benefit that steel usually has with induction cooking! When you factor in the, quite frankly astounding performance of the ceramic nonstick these pots and pans are the deal of the century!

I love these pans. The weight is just right, not thin but still lightweight. Nonstick function is excellent. They wash easily by hand or in dishwasher. Very good purchase.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have not used it yet; however with that said, it is substantial weight, has a nice handle, the lid is glass, fits very good with a knob style lift, and the interior finish feels like satin. I like that you can use it on gas, electric and induction since I have all three. I’m looking forward to using it. I will be using silicone utensils even though it says you can use metal.

This one is my fourth non-stick stock pot to be used for making my weekly batch of steel cut oats, and it is my favorite one. I've had such good luck with OXO products that I decided to give this one a try. I've written reviews about my other pots, but this one is the best of all. No quirks about the lid or handles. It has a lower profile but a wider base than my other pots. The rivets holding the handles on are covered inside the pot so that food doesn't get stuck on them. This makes it much easier to clean. It heats quickly and has a lid that prevents boil overs which I truly appreciate. This one's a keeper.

I have had no less than 5 of this type of pan, deep skillet with a lid, and every one of them failed in some way over time. Either they warped, the non-stick stuck, or the non-stick wore out over time (even with zero metal utensils). But this one is perfection. The pile of discarded pans proved to me that you really do get what you pay for. After doing some research and watching videos by America's Test Kitchen, I landed on the OXO brand and this skillet. We use it several times a week because it's perfect for a lot of things. I hand wash the pan itself but the lid I wash in the dishwasher and it comes out fine. If it's a splurge for you, keep in mind this pan and lid can probably do the work of 3-4 different types of pans. It's worth it.
