I repaired a tear in a leather sofa arm around 1 inch long. It did a very good job you can hardly see the repair. The product it’s self works well the instructions how ever are terrible best to watch a YouTube video or two.

I was surprised by the large number of colours supplied. Matched easily and made an invisible repair. Great piece of kit.

We'd suffered a small matchhead-sized hole in the PU Leather seat squab in our motorhome and wanted to reduce the initial "whiteness" of the tear. The product appeared to have a wide range of colours mixable from within the 12 standard colours supplied, so we went ahead and purchased a kit. The colour of the material we needed to match proved to be a real challenge, and there really wasn't anything coming out of the suggested mixes the first time around.So far I have mixed two separate blends; the first looked dark to start with and really didn't dry much lighter at all. The second colour blend was closer than the first, but I approached it with a different selection of colours. I am now tempted to try one more time, as to my eye, the last colour still needs to be a bit more "green" to get closer to the actual desired result. Fortunately, there is sufficient depth remaining in the hole to take another cocktail stick application, but you definitely need to be patient when mixing and testing the colour, letting it dry fully before committing to the end game.The downside is that when you are waiting for the colour to dry out on your test patch, the amount that you have mixed is also curing and then by the time you get to wanting to apply it in anger, it is cured and you need to re-mix the colour again .... so, if you're blending, make careful notes about the colours/steps you took to get to the colour you wanted.The result we have arrived at is better than seeing the original hole with its white edges, but be warned, the kit needs a slow methodical approach to getting the colour and the application just right. I am hoping that with time and wearing in, the repair will soften over time and become less noticeable to anyone not realising it has been repaired.

I had about a 6x4inch hole in the leather seat of our car and used this product to mend it. I was really impressed with how well it did to match the original grey leather. The key is to do many layers of application to get an even finish. There was plenty of the filler material and enough of the backing fabric for a hole double the size of the one I had. This is great for any black-grey- white leather repair jobs.

Used on my car leather seats on a rip/ worn drivers seat, very happy with the results, it has stuck down the rip to the seat very well, colour matched very well! And the rip in my seat was about 3 inches X 2 inches wide and ripped in several places in that area. It needs filling again to smooth out the dips but very happy with the result.

I would give 1* . The product did NOT work well . It Has left the repaired surface Horribly sticky / tacky, overall a bad result for me. I used black to fix a very small hole on a black leather sofa & it's left a really noticeable POOR result . The repair kit is responsible priced and may work better on repair areas that aren't quite visual / noticeable,

I used a leather cleaning product that stated 'will not strip color from leather' but unfortunately it did. My leather sofa was stripped down to the bare hide! Then I bought this professional DYI leather paint repair kit and was able to add color back onto the leather. The sofa is a tan/camel color and with the 12 tubes of color, this DIY kit provides, I was able to mix tan, caramel, and a spot of yellow for the perfect color match. The kit also comes with all the accessories necessary to mix and then brush on the color. I also used the sponges provided to drag out some of the color to fade out my repair.

I used this to repair a cracking and discolored side of the front drivers seat on my Mercedes. It made it completely look like new. It dried in a few minutes and has not come off.

Used on my livingroom couch, loveseat and chair. It had light patches from ware...looked horrible and was an expensive Lazy Boy reclining set that still worked perfectly so didn't want to get rid of it and buy a new one! It now looks almost like new again !! This product is amazing and easy !!
