My favorite pans
All of my cake pans are Magic Line because I love them so much and this one is a great addition to my collection. The weight/thickness is perfect to get a well baked cake without over browning. The sharp corners are my favorite part and create a beautiful, crisp, backdrop for cake decorating. The downside to these is also the up side; those perfect, sharp corners are a challenge to get clean at times. A toothpick or even a sharp edge metal spatula will get you in there though. The edges are folded over on the square/rectangle pans to give you a little lip for easier handling. They aren't rounded or smoothed but I've never had a problem with them being sharp and I've used these pans for about 15 years. They are also great for roasting vegetables, making casseroles, pretty much anything you need to cook. I have a 12x16 that occasionally is used for cake but daily used for bacon. Hand wash if you don't want them discolored.

LOVE these pans
So far I've only used them to make marshmallows, but I love the clean squared edges for treats/desserts rather than the curved ones that are from regular consumer pans. Those curved edges may be easier to clean, but they are ugly when making desserts because when you cut your dessert, all the rest will be squared edged EXCEPT the corners from the pan, so I have to cut off some of the dessert reducing the amount I can present/give. But these pans are FANTASTIC. Besides the square edges, I love that the rims are not curved. I love that there are no folds or pockets around the top edge/sides where water can stay in and leave rust behind. These are very commercial quality (durable). I don't care that you can see the welding, because these were made to be functional, rather than pretty. Cleaning is not hard. I used a silicone scrubber that can get into the corners. Love these pans!

Superior Product
Parrish Magic Line Baking Pans are superior in every way. They look and feel similar to stainless - not the usual dullness of other brands. The pan is of a good weight - not flimsy, but not too heavy so that it is difficult to handle if you have any arthritis or other issues of the hands or wrists. I have purchased several different pans and feel confident to recommend any Parrish product. Cake results are exceptional - pans bake evenly and are more non-stick than any non-stick pan I have ever owned! Pans are sold under the name of Magic Line, Parrish Magic Line, and Parrish which is confusing. I called Parrish and they informed me that all of their pans are called Magic Line. Seems that some sellers just use different wording.

Awesome Pan!
I had to make a shaped cake for a birthday party, but I needed perfectly straight sides. I'm tired of dealing with the angles. Yes, I'm nitpicky, but these pans are perfect for that. The welds were perfect on the interior, where it matters. The pan is also made of much thicker gauge aluminum than my Wilton pans, lending to better durability. When my cake came out, 10 minutes later, it released perfectly. The bake was perfectly even, the sides were clean and moist (not even burned a little), and everything came out great. I'll be replacing my Wilton pans with Magic Line as necessary. The only con I have is stacking pans of the same size due to the straight sides which, honestly, is a non-issue. These are awesome pans!

Hard to clean the Corners, but it definitly is a good buy
I used this to bake a cake. It came out good, and it looked good too! I was going to give this a 4 star, however it wasn't due to the quality of this thing. It was only due to the fact that it was really hard to clean the edges of the corner where the small crumbs were stuck and wouldn't come out. I didn't realize this until I saw something green growing on all four corners 2 days later, so I ended up having to figure it out how to clean the corners, which I finally did. Overall, it did it's job, just takes a little more time cleaning for the edges. This cake pan did came out to be a lot smaller than I expected, but that was probably due to my underestimating of the cake pan itself.

Sturdy pan with straight edges
My favorite brand of sheet cake pans! The edges and corners are straight.

Straight sided pan heavy duty
I make 2 layer cakes for resale, and needed the straight sided pan. This is definately straight sided and the corners are very crisp. It is heavy duty. Cake came out like a charm, with square even sides and corners, but I do line the bottom with parchment and grease and flour the sides. The box the pan arrived in was much larger than the pan, and had no packing, so it was loose in the box. Fortunately, because it is heavy duty, it didn't get dented, and the corners were in good condition.
