It took a while to set it all up, but was fairly straightforward. I see a lot of complaints about extra holes in the buckets, and the siphon attachments not working, but it’s not true. Read the instructions and look at the images, and it will be set it up right. You just need to pay attention.

Nice cheap kit. The air pump died after 2 months. Had to buy another one. Other than that this is a great 1 plant hydro kit!

Like everyone says, pumped too weak. Need more dissolved oxygen I found.

Works great easy to assemble wish I found it sooner. The pump is quite and more than strong enough I use mine at two thirds power. With a little soap or drop of oil the tubeing slides right in. I also put a small submersible pump inside and out lid for water testing and changing and a hole with a small funnel for return water.

I saw many of the other reviews stated they had issues with leaking but still saw a lot of good reviews so I decided to take a chance. I will outright say it seems like most of the good reviews are older so I bet the quality went down hill recently. But I had probably a good 20 days or so with this before it started leaking. And when I say leaking I don't mean just a drip, checked it before bed like normal, I keep all of my hydroponic products in a bedroom that was empty, I had bought only aerogardens but wanted to have a blueberry bush, dwarf mandarin orange tree, etc so I bought this because I have never used a bucket system. But back to what I was saying, I checked on them before bed and in the morning I found literally a pool of water from the pump area. Not only did it ruin my wood floor where the water pooled over night but it ruined my renogy power station I was using to power it and the anker outlet strip. Buying cheap has probably cost me thousands of dollars in damage at this point. I'm just lucky the power station and the power strip did not catch on fire!!! Do not buy this, it may not leak until like a month in but it will leak and it will be a fire hazard. I'm replacing the setup ASAP even if I have to spend hundreds to do so because I'd rather do that than let my house catch on fire due to the pooling water over night, as a reminder the pump is electrical and needs to be plugged into an outlet to work so water around the pump alone is a fire hazard. Please do not buy this! If you want a complete beginners set avoid this one at all cost, on top of it being dangerous the instructions are basically useless and I had to go to YouTube just to figure out the setup. I bought cheap at a little over a hundred dollars and I'm paying a huge price of having a couple thousand dollars worth of damage as a result.

I havent had any issues with leaks, I saw some talking about it but I havent experienced any. The set up is simple but the rubber pieces are annoying to get into position. If its your first time doing hydroponics like it was for me, this is a great set up; note that deep wells arent ideal for a variety of plants, I am growing industrial grade hemp, which seems perfect for my needs. Only use distilled water, made the mistake of using tap and got nutrient lock out. I also made the mistake of growing industrial grade hemp potting soil then moving to the hydroponic system for vegetation stage, half of the plants did not make it from the shock. Hydroponics is not easier than normal soil, but its fun and rewarding when you figure it all out. Be sure to get a pH testing kit, a EC reader to test your solution, and if your setup is spaced out youll want more of the black hose (barely enough is provided).

Hatte das vorher eingeplant, dass die Pumpe zu laut ist, aber hallo der Rest ist 1a, wollte eigentlich ein DIY System bauen, lohnt nicht. Andere (Pawfly) Pumpe beim Kauf dazu rechnen, Backup braucht man hier IMMER und Schnapper!
