I love this stuff. I was t able to find it on Sephora or Ulta website, but no need to worry because Amazon had it!!

Lost appx. 1/4 of liquid to spillage. I’d send it back but I only have 2 weeks to get a base tan. I’m really hoping it works but at the price it cost, this kind of loss adds up.

FINALLY, a self tan product that does not smell like burnt toast! This tanning water is easy to spray on and the Medium color is subtle & natural for maintenance. The dark color is good if you are starting with ‘clean slate’ skin (no spray tan base or product free) . After bathing, I spray on this product (one body section at a time ) + then use a body oil (Mederma Oil, Aveeno oil or ÓSEA) to add moisture and to be sure the spray is evenly distributed. I like to use my hands to apply (wash hands well after application) but their application tool could be helpful. I like that this company offers REFILLS for the application spray bottle.

This self tanning serum is a good option for those looking to gradually build up a subtle tan. It is easy to apply and non-drying, with a pleasant smell. The tan is buildable and lasts for multiple days, but it does have a tendency to become more orangey in color and to settle into creases on the skin. I tried moisturizing the days leading up to trying this serum to ensure the formula would absorb appropriately and build evenly and it did help, but the hue definitely turned an unnatural shade of orange.

I'm a fan of Isle of Paradise, I usually love their products. This one I didn't. This serum comes in a glass bottle, which is really nice and heavy. But that thing gets SO slippery during use. I don't know how many times I've almost dropped it during use- ugh. It smells good, but you do end up smelling faintly like self-tanner as the day goes on from application. Not a fan of that, but it's inevitable. The serum is easy enough to work into the skin - it glides nicely. But it's not easy to tell how much was applied and where. I've used it daily for a week, and only noticed splotchy orange ankles. Seriously? How did the rest of my body NOT darken? Especially after a week's worth of applications? Unfortunately this serum just isn't for me. I keep using it out because I really want it to work.

I'm officially obsessed. I am lighter skinned and I work indoors most of the day so there's minimal opportunity to get much color naturally. For years I have tried all sorts of self tanners from drug store brands to high end- gradual tanning lotions to fancy foam application. While some worked better than others and looked slightly more natural than others, the unmistakable odor of fake tan always lingered and they almost all felt sticky for hours afterwards.Not this. This one is everything all the others are not. I have no words for it.First, the consistency of this is not at all what I was expecting. It goes on as a clear liquid-y gel almost and it literally dries instantly with absolutely no stickiness whatsoever. It had a very light fragrance but it was barely detectable to me. However, and most importantly, it never developed into that oh-so-recognizable fake tan smell. With some products it becomes overwhelming but there was nothing like that with this one. I followed the instructions and very carefully applied in small amounts and used a circular motion to apply evenly on my legs until it was absorbed (which was very fast). I did not use a tanning glove as I was worried it would absorb too much product but it would likely work well too. My legs were super moisturized and not at all sticky despite it being nearly 100 degrees and slightly humid. Win!The hardest part is waiting to see how the tan develops. After a few hours, it was legitimately the most natural looking fake tan I think I've ever seen. I am pretty fair so some products can look absolutely horrible on me but this looked great. It was just enough with one application and it slowly faded after a few days. I meant to reapply about 2 days after to keep it going but didn't do it. Next time!Now that I know how great this stuff is, I plan on using it all over not just for it's beautiful tanning properties but also the quick drying moisture that it provides (also essential to having a tan last). I would also try dry brushing before I shower and apply which I also forgot to do. Getting a fresh exfoliation then applying would likely allow it to last even longer. Great product- I'm crazy impressed.

This is not a bad self tanning serum. It has a lot of good things going for it. It starts more subtle and is definitely buildable. It is also fairly moisturizing and definitely not drying. The serum is easy to apply. It is not slimy or greasy. It feels sort of like putting on a lightweight lotion. It absorbs quickly. The smell is pleasant. Did not have any issues with it staining clothing or anything like that. The tan lasts for multiple days before it starts to fade away. Ultimately there were two things that keep this tanning serum from being the best. After several days of building up a tan, it does start to have that more orange-like look. Not a fan of that. Also it seems to settle into crease lines of the skin more so than other tanners I have tried. This means that areas like knees, elbows, the nailbed get darker (and more orangey) than the rest of the skin.

Silky smooth application without the smell. No dark cream to try and blend into skin. It does make it slightly harder to make sure everything is covered as you have to work in smaller sections but it beats trying to even out the brown cream while doing other self tanning products. Dries quickly without leaving a residue on skin or having a sticky/tacky feeling. This is a gradual tan, so it'll take several days to get to ideal color, but it is the most subtle glow I've ever used. I was a little frustrated after the first application, but the second one I could immediately see how well it was working. Makes it more believable. You don't want to show up to work and be 6 shades darker and be completely obvious with the self tanner. No tanning scent that lingers and follows you for days.

Take care to spread the serum as homogeneously as possible. The result is perfect!!!
