The fit of the neck pillow is amazing! It helps support the neck during air travel, much better than the standard neck pillows because of its adjustable nature. This helps one rest with ease, especially during long travel trips, without waking up to a stiff neck.I did have a problem with the velcro not sticking but that was resolved easily by adding another piece of velcro to the pillow. All in all, a great buy and for such a great price!

comfy on the side and back, a little low on the front. When I lean back I need to loosten the front so it doesnt choke me. Not bad for the price though.

This is very bulky a round your neck. For me, it was very uncomfortable and hot.

I bought this neck pillow for a long flight and wasn’t expecting much—but it totally impressed me. The support around my neck was just right without being too firm, and it didn’t make me feel overheated like some memory foam pillows do. With an international flight coming up later this year my husband and I are are looking for anything to make the long ride in coach a little better. Have only used an airline traveler pillow once a long time ago and did recall that if you have a tendency to lean your neck forward, it did not offer a lot of support. We thought we would give this a try on a short domestic trip before the long international one as it looked very supportive. The advertising about being very supportive is correct - it supports your neck very well, however it is so firm and bulky once wrapped around your neck that it pushed our heads and upper back away from the airline seat so much that it was not comfortable to sit. We tried for a little while but my husband started to get back pain from the position and the uncomfortable nature of the position did not allow me to rest, which was the whole point. On another note, I have wireless, noise cancelling headphones which I use all the time on flights. This pillow comes so far up on your neck that I could not fit my headphones on over my ears with the pillow on, so that was another negative. Going to try a different type of pillow, hopefully something else works better.
