Q: Is the product sented

No it's not!! Very good and thick product!!

Q: Is this supposed to be white? Mine is clear, with some white ointment not mixed in. I've only ever seen zinc oxide as a white ointment, never clear.

I think zinc oxide should be totally white at least that is what I have always observed with the tubes that i have used.

Q: What is the best soap to use to remove zinc oxide Ointment?

I don't usually try to remove it. I just massage into my skin. if I did want to remove it I'd try soap and water first. And then I'd try rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball.

Q: dear producer, I am wondering whether this product can be used as sunscreen. If so, whats the equivalent spf?

It could be used somewhat as a sunscreen especially on the face. But it would be thicker and whiter than regular sunscreen. Zinc oxide does not have an spf.
