How does the cushion come boxed? (The box packaging) It's for a gift. Does someone have an image they can share, please?

It comes in a brown cardboard box. The pillow is squished into a plastic bag. You must wrestle the pillow from the bag and allow to sit and fluff up. My advice- buy something else. This was gifted to me on Monday. Under 140 pounds, sat on it for 5 minutes. The pillow was flat and I could feel my tailbone touching the seat through the hole in the cushion. They do not provide an invoice, packing slip, info on how to return or who this was a gift from. I emailed twice- no reply. Rcvd a c/b a few minutes ago but they can’t find any info for my pillow. I sure how to return. This item is way too expensive for what it is and it doesn’t do what it says. I am so appreciative to be thought of and that someone is willing to spend this much on a special pillow to help me but this pillow is a fail. I was sent the seat cushion and lumbar pillow. The lumbar pillow hasn’t really been tested much (I’m not over the moon about it).

How is the seat cushion for bigger people, 6'6" around 380 lbs? Will it hold?

I am in a similar category - 6'5' ~ 350 lbs -- I did not like it -- it is too small -- it hits my legs in the wrong place -- and ( for my liking ) is NOT wide enough ....it requires constant adjustment to remain comfortable

The photo says 16x16x3, the description says 15.5 x 18 x 4 inches. Which one is correct?

I found the dimensions for standard and large sizes per the manufacturer: Standard: 18 W x 15.5 L x 4 H inches Large: 21 W x 18 L x 5 H inches

Has anyone tried it on a couch? i’m in my 70s and finding i have lower back pain after i’ve been sitting on the couch. hard chairs are fine

I have 5 lumbar (& 5 cervical) vertebrae which are messed up in multiple ways. I’ve found a good lumbar support cushion helps more than a seat cushion support. That said, it doesn’t matter how many different types of lumbar supports (with or without a seat support—I have tried many), that I try or use, if the chair or couch I am sitting in has lost its firmness/support, or was just too soft and not well-supporting to begin with, I will still have pain—even with the addition of constant heating pad use. I had a very nice Lay-Z-Boy recliner (though I never use the “recline” feature—it is more comfortable for me to have a rocking recliner and use an ottoman so I can keep my knees bent, and provide more relief of my lower back at the correct angle for me). When my back pain got considerably worse, my recliner was about 6 years old. I paid several hundred dollars for a Laz-y-Boy repair man to reinforce/replace the springs in it and replace the foam cushions. That, plus a lumbar support pillow and heating pad, kept the recliner usable for me for about another 4 years. Then, I decided to just buy a new one. I bought another Lay-Z-Boy, but still use a lumbar support pillow (one that goes as high up on my back as I could find: 17 inches), & of course, a heating pad about 80% of the time. I found trying to use a seat support on my new chair caused me to sit too high in it, and all the support it provided was hitting me wrong. I guess my point is: these types of supports can definitely help (depending on how severe your spinal problems are), or enable you to extend the life of a chair you like, but at some point, you may need to upgrade whatever you’re sitting in, and shop with back support as your top priority. Also, just like with mattresses: stay away from “all memory foam” construction. It breaks down over time and becomes a spongy mess. Look for good old fashioned firm spring support, though it is usually more expensive. You can always buy a memory foam topper for it—and when it becomes flat, just replace that!

Good....but

I have a Cushion Lab cushion that I have been using for 4 months here in the US. It is awesome and worth every penny. It is so good, I wanted to order one for my mum for her birthday. She is in the UK and there was only one option on Amazon UK (in the US there is a variety of colors and 2 sizes) and just going on the picture, it looks a little thinner than the one I have...but I cannot confirm this. I also work in International retail and I get it - we cannot offer the variety that we can in the US - so that didn't bother me too much - but holy hotcakes - DOUBLE the price??? Yes, 2 times what I paid. For that reason alone, I have dropped my star rating. My cushion lab cushion here in the US is completely awesome. My mum, who is 94, seems to like it - and I hope it is twice as good as mine :)
