My doctor likes this brand a lot, and she was confident in the product.However, I did not end up using this product regularly, so I cannot really comment on its effectiveness.I will say the quality of the pills and apparent purity of the contents seemed good.No side effects or aftertaste.But, again, did not use for very long.
