Cute but not great
This is definitely a cute, gimicky idea for graduates. There are two chambers where you blow air - one around your head and one above your head. Neither of my stoppers would stay put, so I had to use tape which looked cheap. Also, the top of the hat does not blow up so it does not look as robust as the photo appears.

Does not hold air
Purchased for a Grad party. Did not last 5 minutes as we watched it slowly deflate. Useless for decorating.
