Excellent product
We installed the product as an access device in one of our apartment buildings. We also tried other similar productsl. This was by far the best. It is realtively easy to install and easy to use. In particular the adding and removing of tokens or cards is simple and safe. We had some additional questions regarding a set-up with several acces points and contected their customer service. Not only did they respond within a day but provided for detauiled schematics and drawings. A quality product. Very impressive.

Failed after 2 Years
The media could not be loaded. Installation was easy. Features worked well. But failed 2 years later. Video shows that vibration (banging) near the keypad allowed the lock to release. Guess we need to try another brand.
