TAMIYAModels Livestock Set Kit

This is my 3rd or 4th purchase of this kit. Got back into modeling, but going for 1/35 scale zombie/ apocalypse dioramas. I want realism, so NO Mad Max look. This kit has a WIDE variety of uses. Imagine survivors having to start from scratch, but they got lucky in getting a pig, piglets, chickens, roosters, and geese? I have several kits of horses, but a ass is even better as they're a lot tougher when it comes to surviving. They can be ridden on or pull a plow or wagon. The German Shepard could be a guard dog either on this new farm or walking besides a survivor. The same with the puppy laying next to a survivor or child who is trying to survive. The dead rabbit I'll be using in a diorama I'm working on now. Will cut off the head, tail and paws, then show it on a spit over an open fire. Survivor is looking at his future dinner while a dog (which I'll modify) will be sitting on its behind and looking at his mater as to remind him that he helped flush that rabbit out.I have other ideas for this set, but hope you get the idea of the possibilities of this set. Glad I got several of them and hope you'll enjoy it even if you only buy one set.

Who doesn't love farm animals that can be modeled into sci-fi horrors?

Fantastic quality. I was surprised at how well these went together considering the scale. Some very minor gaps and the piglets all had a back leg that was just a bit off, but nothing a little sanding couldn’t fix. I’m impressed

For those who are seeking certain items from this pack just know that most of the items in this pack are not appropriate scale, the chickens are bigger than the geese, the mule is just a tad bigger than the pig, the dog laying down is the same size as the chicks, I will use some of this, but most of it is useless for my needs

Plenty of selection here for a wwII dip or other era.
