Changed My Life
I have IBS and other stomach issues and this has literally changed my life. I think it's really helping to get me to normal gut bacteria. Now I don't have to run to the bathroom as soon as I've eaten. I've been taking it about 3 months so I don't think I'm where I need to be just yet but it's helping to get me to a healthier gut.

Not sure if they work?
I’ve been taking these supplements for several weeks now. It is extremely hard to tell if they work or not? I haven’t noticed any personal changes in my body/mind since starting to take these daily. I will say the capsules are very easy to swallow and have zero taste/smell. I have had no negative know side effects from taking these supplements.

This is an excellent blend with 16 strains of probiotics and prebiotics and 5 digestive enzymes. I eat homemade yogurt every day, but this just helps make sure that I am getting everything I need to keep my gut healthy.

Tri active biotics makes my gut feel better!
Love that you only have to take one pill a day. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I feel heathier and even more energetic taking these biotics. My stomach isn't bloated anymore. I will definitely buy more.
